Food is good but they're service is garbage. I sat here for an hour and I had to ask for my food for them to just tell me that it was already sent to my table which it wasn't. Food was sent to a different party. they didn't even give any apology. I like to support local business but this is one that I will no longer come to. This place is very clean and kid friendly. They have a ticket area for the kids to get their prizes. They can also handle large sporting groups...and after game jams. The customer service was top notch, especially with all the kids eating there, they were very patient with them. Now onto the food. Ordered a sandwich and it had more oil and vinegar than meat. The sandwich was soaked. Also ordered a salad that was jammed into a little wee box. Again lacks meat. WOW!! How disappointment going to this restaurant it was our first time trying to get a new restaurant for the family everything was going great, the guy that was helping us was very friendly but out of nothing another employee name CJ move that poor guy from the register, raising her voice at him, being extremely rude saying i got this, you are not doing it right, with this attitude and ugly face. My husband and i were in shock it made us feel so bad for that great employee our reaction torso her was asking her excuse me you have customers here, she ignored our consent about the situation. Grazianos is a delicious pizza place located in corona that is known for their delicious garlic knots. I recieved a free order of them with my Yelp check in and WOW they did not disappoint at all! This wasn't the first or second choice tonight for Italian but due to traffic and relocation we ended up here. We didn't know it was order at the counter either. The counter staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful which got me past the Chucky Cheese look when we entered. We are new to the area finding all kinds of gems and this is one of them. Great food and people who enjoy their jobs. We had the Spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna dinners which came with soup or salad...Italian wedding soup! Wow! Just moved into the area and received a coupon for Graziano's. I'm always game for a local restaurant that serves hood food. We went out, date night, for dinner. We had their family spaghetti dinner. Mind you it was just the two of us. The platter of spaghetti and bread, WOW! We didn't even put a dent in it, we took the rest home. A couple weeks my wife was tired and wanted pasta, she wanted Graziano's! I ordered online and the site said to expect a 60min delivery time, they delivered in 30! And again the spaghetti was great! We love local business and definitely will have them on top of our list for Italian food! The dining room/area has a couple large areas for group parties. Graziano's is about a mile away from where I've. I've never actually dined in the restaurant but I do order a lot of delivery from them. The food is always tastes and the temperature is alway appropriate to the food you've ordered. Pizza & Pasta are hot and salads and sandwiches are cold. I like like there pizza. The dough is just not too soft of or crunchy and sauce is the perfect balance between savory and sweet. There are always ample toppings. The delivery is not as continent as I would like. I always order online and the site promises delivery within an hour. In reality the food is generally delivered between 60 and 90 minutes timing from when the confirmation email is received. There is also the promise of free garlic knots when you place your order online. Garlic knots are delicious so when then forget them it's extremely disappointing and they tend to be forgotten about 50% of the time. I think that Graziano's is one of the better options for pizza in Corona if they could fix shortcomings with the delivery they'd be a great option. In the meantime, I'm going to hop in the car and go pick the food up myself. read more

Honestly felt like they didn't even try to make a pizza. What pizza joint decides to put "slices of mozzarella cheese that isn't even fully melted. Yikes! Ordered 2 orders of chicken parmigiana a ala carte. The description on the website AND the description indicate the chicken is topped with sauce and mozzarella cheese. They also advertise all orders come with garlic knots at no charge. I come in and pick up my order. But when I get it home, I find two servings of spaghetti with meat sauce, and no garlic knots. So I call the restaurant and ultimately wind up speaking to the manager, who offers to remake my order and deliver it to my home. 30 minutes later, the delivery driver drops off the remade order. Each of the two tins contains spaghetti, topped with chicken cutlet, topped with meat sauce. And no cheese. Where on this earth is chicken parmigiana made without cheese. And no garlic knots. When they get the order straight, the food is still very good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. When Kristi was running the counter, the place ran like clockwork, but in the last couple of years things have been steadily going sideways. Good food, but make them take out your order and show you everything before you leave. Forget dining in; the place is noisier than a subway station. read more

They make the best gluten free pizza, second only to my homemade.. They are always super friendly, attentive, and usually offer me a cup for ice water for when I'm waiting. It is a very clean establishment, and that includes restrooms. They also have a nice arcade area with air hockey. They are also very quick, as often places that sell gluten and gluten free pizza will wait on putting the gluten-free in and so it takes a lot longer, which makes me appreciate them even more. I don't actually live in Corona but my daughter and her family do. If I'm able to get there before they close I often order a yummy gluten free pizza on my way out of town. read more

What is going on with this place lately.... we typically have a good experience. Lately, our pick up orders have been wrong, the customer service has been awful and tonight was the last straw for me. We called in an order for a large pizza, garlic knots and a calzone. She said 30-45 min. We knew better and thought probably more like 45. 1 hour and 25 min later the pizza guy shows up and he brought us the most burnt cardboard pizza I've ever seen. See pics. We live 5 minutes away and I just had enough so I drove the pizza back to Grazianos. Clearly defeating the purpose of pizza and movie night in. There were 3 people standing at the front and no one apologized. I opened the box and they just all started staring at it like it was a science project. Whoever sent it out for delivery clearly saw that the pizza was burnt but obviously didn't care. Then the response of "what would you like me to do about it", well that made it worse. I really like this place and want to keep coming here but they need to get it together. They need better weekend management and better quality control on delivery. read more

I have been going to this joint since I can remember. Hell, I remember that area being built. This spot has been a family staple for us. Whenever you say pizza in our house, we are either making it on our own or headed to Graziano's. There is a standard order for us. A pizza (of course), garlic knots, mamas papas and a large salad. This time, they had wings on special so we decided, why not. The pizza was bomb as always. The garlic knows are my favorite. (I just need a thing of knots and a couple sides of ranch and I would be set). The wings were amazing. Never had them there but would order again for sure. We got the spicy bbq and it was good. It wasn't super hot but it had more heat than we expected. The mamas papas burn my mouth every time, without failure. They always tell me that they are gonna be hot but I never listen. This spot, has some of the best ranch that I have ever tasted. I want to drink this stuff. We always feel like family when we walk in. Awesome spot. Amazing for events. The beer is always cold. The staff is always welcoming and the food is always amazing. I know we will be back. We always stop in when we come to see my parents. Stop in and bring the family. Wow after reading the reviews about this restaurant I told my wife let's try it out for our selfs. Two small sandwiches, one small personal pizza, one order of garlic knots & one order of onion rings. The price was astronomically high $47.67 The two what was supposed to be hot sandwiches both came cold a small pastrami sandwich and a small chicken parmesan sandwich and the onion rings were cold and drenched in oil. Now the price was i thought was pretty high but worse than the price was the quality of the food. Needless to say that we will never purchase food from this restaurant again. read more
