Went in for a routine oil change and the gentleman who helped me out found an issue with my battery. Turned out that my battery died and had the wrong battery installed when I bought it used. Late Saturday Morning....Drove right up, was greeted right away and asked what services I needed done. I had a day full of errands so the fast and efficient service was much appreciated. They offer great discounts for Yelpers and regulah folks alike, which is always good news for us customers. The interior is new and clean, which is saying a lot in a car spot. Called on Friday to schedule an oil change for Monday at 10 am and the rep on the phone was more than happy to schedule me for a day they apparently are closed. Doesn't mention anywhere on their website that they are closed Mondays and tuesdays, in fact it says they opened at 9 today. Would have been nice to know when I called. read more

Carlos is a joy to do business with. My first encounter with Carlos was approximately a month ago. I came in because my dashboard light for maintenance required light illuminated. Carlos took a look, verified with me what prompted my visit, and then he told me that my engine didn't need service, as this light was simply a "timing" light, usually used for alerting the owner aware that the time for an oil change or other routine services had arrived. No charge! What?!? Carlos simply educated me and sent me on my way. Today, I called to take my Corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation. Carlos told me that his shop was closing early and, that, if I could get there in 15 minutes, Grease Monkey would take care of my service needs. I made it and they completed everything in less than half an hour! Fantastic! Carlos took his time to answer a few of my other questions. Thank you, Carlos. And his crew even cleaned the exterior of my windows and vacuumed my car out. Thank you, Carlos, for your honesty, attentiveness, and for your super training of your service crew. Everyone was great. Sat, Oct 7, 2017 1. Store Opened about 15 minutes late. Apparently, the Store Manager had car trouble (flat tire). 2. Did not top off fluids, I.e. Brake Fluid. I noticed my old SUV was below the indicator mark and mentioned it to CJ. He said it is a sealed brake system and the indicator light was not due to low Dot 3, etc.. I added dome Dot 3 and the "dash inficator" went off. Regardless - Just Top Off the fluids as you always do. 3. Leaving the dirty water drip onto my SUV (or any vehicle) after cleaning the windows is probably not a goid idea. I am a fan of this store however, this visit wasn't the best. Came here around 12pm today for an Oil Change, which was $39.99 minus the $7 coupon I got online. My car only took about 20 mins once they finished vacuuming, washing the windows, and putting air in the tires out front. The cool thing is they have snacks, and coffee, as well as several TVs to watch, and there's a countdown clock that starts once they bring your car into bay 1 or 2, so you know how long it's been. Total I think it took about 30 mins. I appreciated them bringing both my cabin and air filter in to show me. Recently went there to get an oil change and get the AC checked out. I decided to schedule an early appointment just to be told that the mechanic at the shop wasn't there also whomever was in charge or in training was rude and not helpful. Every time id ask a question he would answer with attitude. Also, don't schedule a customer first thing in the morning if you cant get my car seen. It's not my fault your employees were late ect ect. Overall experience was horrendous and as a "manager" you should be able to take a look at my car and diagnose it. Why have someone in charge with no knowledge whatsoever to diagnose a problem. All except for the assistant manager Danny he's rude very disrespectful. The general manager should look into keeping him far away from customers.
