Before service, my vehicle had no oil leaks, which was confirmed by their initial inspection report. A trainee worked on my vehicle during the service. After the oil change, I was suddenly told my car had an oil leak and was given a second inspection printout that directly contradicted the first. I drove straight home and immediately found fresh oil pooling in my driveway, which continued to worsen overnight while the car was parked. When I returned, I was told the drain plug was cross-threaded. That explanation later changed to the damage being "pre-existing," despite no leak prior to service and no disclosure before reinstalling the plug. I was then sent to BMW and told to contact Corporate. BMW's inspection resulted in an estimated $5,000 in required repairs related to oil leakage and associated damage. Valvoline Corporate later attempted to minimize the issue by saying reimbursement was "at the discretion of the shop," even though this damage appeared immediately after their service. Between poor workmanship, contradictory documentation, and shifting explanations to avoid responsibility, this was one of the worst automotive service experiences I've had. A simple oil change turned into thousands of dollars in damage. If you value your vehicle--especially a BMW or any car requiring care--do not trust this location.

After two visit jay distroyed my car to the point where it could no longer run and I am having to post it on facebook for parts. Again Jay is a nice guy but at times I think he is using youtube to fix cars. Dont make a horrible decision that could cost you thousands of dollars. Please learn from my mistake.

Not only was I overcharged, but the work was clearly not done properly. My check engine light is still on, which was one of the main reasons I brought my car in to begin with. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism and zero accountability. The manager didn't even pretend to care. His exact words were: "There's nothing we can do. You can leave a Yelp review if you want," and then he walked off mid conversation. No explanation. No apology. No effort to resolve the problem. I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. They must be hurting for business and I see why. I will not return.
