The tech asked for payment up front. He charged my credit card $18.50. After several minutes he then takes a screw driver and yanks off my gas cap. He then states my gas cap will not fit their device for inspection. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to pay again. I asked for the manager who said he would issue me a refund. I then asked the manager to check and make sure his employee returned my gas cap to the way it was before he yanked it off. The manager then said it was broken and he couldn't fix it. I told him I wasn't exiting the stall until he repaired it. He said he would have to get the part and to give him 3 hours and he would come to my house and repair my gas cap. After several calls to the store and the corporate office my gas cap is still not repaired.
