NICE FOR A QUICK CUT! I've been getting my hair done at more high end salons for the past few years, but I just moved to town and I'm on a budget. Elizabeth cut my hair, and she did a good job! I got a trim all around with face framing layers, as well as an undercut. I was happy with the results. Miss April is the queen of bob haircut. She has over 20 years of experience and her bob cut is phenomenal. According to her she cuts about 20 bobs a day! My hair is hard to tame due to its waves and thinning but she cut it so well that I can easily style it at home and the result is perfect. It still looks good after 3 weeks. I went in there at about 10am on 4/8/25. Ask for a wash and style. Well I got either. First it was the WORST wash I have ever had. I don't think she even put enough water on my head to even use shampoo. She did put more water on an added conditioner. Then to the style. She used another person blow dryer and started to dry my hair. Which when I left it was not even dry let alone any style. I could not wait to get out of there. Cost me $55.00. What a lost of $55.00. My 12 year old grandson could have done a letter job. Then while I was getting up I saw (what look liked the manager instruct another hairdresser on how to cut a simple and I mean simple cut. The girl took over and chopped her entire back to pieces. Says" I think I messed it up" but the girl again I think the manager tell her not to worry about it she could fix it, but there was no way to fix it. I wanted to tell the customer that her hair had been hacked but I left it alone. I believe the two girls cutting hair at Great Clips just got out of beauty school. NO REALLY I THINK THEY NEVER WENT EVEN ONE DAY. I will never go back to that or any other Great Clips again. read more

My mother suffers with dementia, it's very obvious if you spend 30 seconds with her.Imagine how apalledI was when the stylist Laura was extremly rude and at times seemed angry towards my mother. Laura rushed through the haircut and left it uneven. My mom is confused often but never rude so I didn't understand the need for such blatant disrespect. read more

Atrocious. Can't believe Great Clips even has the audacity to call itself a hair salon. Every single time I've been to any of their locations, I've gotten my hair absolutely butchered. Last time might take the cake. I asked for a slight trim to the back and sideburns with a specific request to not touch the front or top and watched as the stylist hacked 2 inches off of both. Do you people have even listen to the directions of your customers? It honestly seems as if you are only willing to give one type of haircut and anyone who asks for anything else is just screwed. I would rather cut my own hair with gardening shears inside of a dark, mirrorless room than ever return to Great Clips again. I wouldn't think I'd have to spend $75 at a REAL hair salon to just get a slight trim, but apparently I'll have to moving forward. A quick word of advice to anyone even considering going to any Great Clips location: don't. You could get a better haircut at a lumber mill than at this pathetic, incompetent excuse for a hair place. How do they do it? You walk out lookin' like nobody's business; and you did not break the bank. Ethan made F., my ball and chain, look like a gentleman with only a pair of scissors, people- how's that for vintage elegance?! He also made Sophie look like a supermodel with her blunt bob. I could not stop looking at her. Her eyes had changed. Michelle brings it on. Ronni always gets second glances with her stacked, asymmetric bobs. She always comes out of Great Clips looking like a sprite. They also do beard/facial trims, shampooing if you are grungy, and even deep conditioning. If you want a 'do, well, then do it! They do 'dos. Short, long, and formal are the do divisions. They also sell hair products of all types and for all situations. They do what you desire. No surprises or breakdowns will occur in this clean, bright beauty of a salon. This location also has a monitor that lets one know how long the wait will be. A nice touch of Bradbury in today's hectic world. Read it if you are longing for texts and forgot that humans do indeed have vocal chords. Whenever I enter a Great Clips, they always say "Hi!". The worst, worst haircut experience of my entire life. I walked in and there were two stylist. One stylist already with someone and the other stylist visually confused, bothered or upset by something. I checked in and was the only one on the list at the computer. She walked over, mumbled under her breath which I assume was her asking me to follow her to the chair. I sat down, told her what I wanted. Within a matter of two minutes asked if that was ok? I said huh? If what's ok? You barely did anything I asked. She goes well what do u want. I said what I asked, a two on the sides and back and trim the bangs. It doesn't get simpler than that. She said well if you usually get your haircut at a barber than maybe you would be happier there. She proceeds to pick up her razor and starts aggressively trimming My hair and jamming it into my head. I asked her to stop and why she's cutting my hair so aggressively. She goes I'm not aggressive. I said from the moment I walked I the door you have given me the worst customer service, visually been mad about something else and clearly it shows with how your cutting my hair. You've tried to rush me out the door twice. I got up and left. I told her if this is how you cut peoples hair you should find another profession. Just had the worst haircut of my entire life. I've gone to many Great Clips locations and never had a problem - in fact, I've been pretty satisfied... until today. My hair, what little I have left, was whacked and butchered to the point where I'm embarrassed to go to work tomorrow. There's an actual gouge on one wide of my head. It was the worst experience so I just paid and left knowing I would never go back... I'm just hoping and praying my hair grows back fast enough for someone else to fix it! Last week I got the absolute worse haircut from Heather that I have ever had. No way to fix it now. My hair is wavy and before we had a good conversation she had wacked my hair off. It is so uneven and gapped that all I can do is wait for it to grow out. I guess it is true you get what you pay for. Come on Heather I thought you were better than what you did to me. Over the past few years, I have had mostly positive experiences with Great Clips in two states and 5 cities. However, this one location habitually cheats the system (meaning me) by scamming those of us who sign in online. I always sign in online using the phone app and when I do, I expect to have my haircut started within 5-10 minutes of when the app said it would happen. I think this is reasonable. But this doesn't happen at this location. Last weekend, I signed in online and the app informed me that there was a 15 minute wait. I arrived exactly 14 min after signing in and checked in. There were a lot of people sitting and waiting in the waiting area. 3 people who walked in after me and didn't sign in online were waited on before I was. After 30 min (plus the 15 initially which totalled 45 minutes) I walked up to the counter and asked if there was some issue, perhaps I hadn't heard my name called?? The stylist apologized and said my name had been removed from the computer and written on a piece of paper and placed near the cash register and that the other stylists hadn't looked there when calling up the next customer. I was puzzled... Why would my name be removed from the computer? She said, "Oh, that's to reduce the wait time shown on the app." It took me a few seconds to realize what had happened. By removing my name, it appears to those signing in online that the wait is shorter than it actually is. False advertising. This explains why when I showed up, there was nowhere for me to sit down. Worse yet, because they removed my name from the computer and served several other customers before they served me, I was screwed twice by this place. I will never be back to this location and I will proactively do what I can to damage their business by merely telling the truth. read more

I have been to several great clips that have turned out horribly for me in the past, but on a hope and a prayer, I tried this location after leaving smart cuts unsatisfied several times. I have to say that I have never gotten better treatment, more of a feeling that the stylist cared, or a better haircut than at this place. My two favorites are Gil and Patrick. Patrick certainly knew what he was doing and has given me the most adventurous and stylish cut I've ever had in my life, and really worked with me and took his time to find what looked best on me. Gil was very similar, and suggested a new way for my hair to look, but not in a pushy way. The women that have cut my hair here are great too, but these two guys really know their stuff and are absolute treasures. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, especially for the great prices. The management here needs to work hard to keep their staff here because they're the best I've ever encountered in my 27 years of getting hair cuts. Two thumbs up, 5 stars. read more

I'm not the type of person to write bad reviews, I usually keep them to myself, but I am highly disappointed in the haircut I got. My hair was completely butchered and was done is a very careless manner, even after showing pictures and explaining exactly what I wanted done (which wasn't anything crazy or out of the ordinary), I got something completely different and a random side bang that I now can't pull up with the rest of my hair, it just awkwardly hangs in front of my eyes.
