I tried to go to the nearby Great Clips but found they were closed. I called this location because I knew I would be cutting it close and didn't want to inconvenience them. Ok so I walk in this place with my son because I have a 5 dollar coupon off... A lady with pink hair walks up an says how can I help you I start to tell her what my son wants his hair to look like he wants a Frohawk, she says well he doesn't have a frow so that's gonna be hard! Wtf? Ok then I start to explain what he wants, she says let first put you in the system... Puts me in the system then takes him to a chair, I sit down looking for my coupon an call my husband... I look up an she's looking at me I said yes? She said what do you want me to do on the sids I ask my husband what do you get him on the sids (because I never take him to get his haircut so I don't know!) and he starts to tell me that it gets faded, then she goes IM NOT A BARBER IM NOT A BARBER! Came in here with my friend last week and omg.... This has to be the worst hair cut I have ever received in my life. I should have known considering it only took the girl no more than 5 minutes to cut my hair. So uneven and choppy! I got my hair cut last Thursday and I have not been able to put it down since because of the terrible job that was given! And let's not even talk about my bangs.. They are so short I have to slick them back and hope they grow soon...And we were the only two people in there... There was no reason or need for a rush! My friends hair took a shorter time to cut then mine did with terrible results as well! Definitely will not be going back! I will never go to this location again. I checked in at home and the wait was 26 mins. It took me 20 minutes to get there from the city of Bell and when I got there they told me it would be a 20 minute wait so I got angry and left. I was on my way to Long Beach that day so I checked in at that location and the wait was spot on. I also go to a location in San Bernardino and have no problem with the accuracy of the wait list. read more

Great Clips is super convenient. On my way from work, I log into the Great Clips app and check myself in and by the time I arrive I get seen right away. My stylist was Christina, she's cut my hair a few times now and she is terrific! I normally don't know how to style my hair and she give excellent recommendations.
