The owner is a no nonsense lady who runs a tight ship, but she is absolutely fabulous. One thing I can say about Egg Roll Express is that it is consistent. You are always gonna get the same food you got last time with the same great flavor. My favorite thing here are the lo mein noodles. They use a thinner noodle than most places, big chunks of meat and include veggies. A large chicken and beef lo mein and an egg roll and I am a happy camper. The other food is good as well. I haven't ever had anything here that didn't enjoy. They are CASH ONLY so keep that in mind. You can sit down in one of the booths or a table, but this place is geared mostly as a takeout place that offers some seating. Order some Egg Roll Express and enjoy!
