    Won Wonton Soup
    Yan M.

I have not been in this place for years and decided to try it. The won ton soup was terrible, they were too hard and tasteless. The soup was so plain and the bok Choy were ok. The Hong Kong style pan fried noodles was covered with salty gravy, a little deep fried noodles. The price was low. You get what you paid for.

My family and I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening around 6PM and found parking easily although a bit tight. When you initially walk up to the restaurant, the windows are covered so you can't see inside that well. When you walk in, the place is lit moderately and the decor reminds me of the 2000s. There were about 3 other groups in here(and one of the customers, caucasion man stared at us weirdly. Not sure why!). We were seated quickly and the lady who served us understood Cantonese. We ordered 3 dishes and 1 fried rice for 4 people. We found the price to be quite fair($10.95 for the salted fish fried rice), and portions to be fair. The service was good, but with how empty the place was, that's not surprising. For 4 people, we spent about $50 including tips. We thought the food was good and fresh and would come back again!

The food was good. The customer service was slow but on point. The restaurant itself was clean. The prices are good. I'll be back again.

Beef and Tendon Stew in a Claypot, Peking Spareribs

Neighborhood Cantonese restaurant situated in a little strip mall. A small restaurant which has a lot of take-out orders but sufficient number of spread out tables to suit your party of 1 to many. Serves comfort Cantonese food like Dry Beef Chow Fun, Diced Chicken and Salted Fish Fried Rice, Peking Spareribs, Beef Stew with Tendons in a Clay Pot, etc... We had the three item (pick from a two sided menu - you might need to ask for the menu) meal for $31 which is your choice of items along with a bowl of house soup (diced pieces of protein, bones, and veggie clear soup). We picked: - Fried Fish Filets and Fried Tofu in a Claypot - Peking Spareribs - Beef Stew & Tendon in a Clay Pot All three dishes were tasty and met our expectations. Decent portions and our table of three men finished all except for the Beef Stew which I took home. The items came out in the order listed. Rice is extra on the $31 menu and since we were carb watching, we asked for only two bowls which were more than enough. Like any restaurant, there's a larger profit margin on rice similar to drinks and fries at a fast food restaurant. Definitely will go back to try other items.

My friend highly recommends this restaurant's three items combo to me, so I tried it the first time. I picked the following items Pan Fried Flounder Beef Stew Salted Fish Chicken Rice All of them are delicious! The combo comes with complimentary soup for $28, very affordable in nowadays economy. Highly recommend.

Introduced to this restaurant by golfer for our 19th hole. Good Cantonese food. They have special 3 item menu so we ordered 6 items from special menu. Every dish was very good. No MSG so really liked the what we ordered. We also ordered 2 orders of the Fried Won Ton Soup. Service was very good and waitress was very friendly. It was after the lunch hour and so it was not real crowded. Great new place for us to eat after a round of golf.

Kung pao chicken (8.50, lg portion lunch) bland, no spicy, all soy sauce!

Pretty solid seafood boil and so close to home!…read more Parking is rough in the lot, so I suggest looking for metered parking around the area. There's a lot of double parking in the lot, so it seems easier to just avoid it. The weekend dinner waitlist was around 30 minutes, which was reasonable. We never had Louisiana style before, and were pleasantly surprised. I didn't care for their oysters - they were missing the brine. I LOVED their fries, though! I would love to come back!

Memorial Day, 05/25/2026…read more With the wife wanting a seafood boil, we knew a reputable place to achieve this would be at a Bag O' Crab. What immediately stood out about this location is it's located in a convenient spot in San Leandro but parking is absolutely atrocious. We were fortunate to get the lone available parking space in the lot but it was definitely not without its flaws. We got seated quickly as the restaurant was at half capacity but noticed after sitting down we were directly under the speakers which were so loud we asked to be reseated to another spot in the restaurant. We were once again seated under a the speaker system near the front but it was significantly less loud in comparison to the right side of the restaurant. The service was alright. Our initial server a young woman with her hair down botched our order. We ordered Combo 4 with Dungeness Crab but instead were given Lobster. Additionally the wife ordered an Orange soda which but it never arrived. We were charged for it and notified a male server who was a million times more helpful and attentive who gave the option of being refunded for it or he could still give it to us. The wife opted to take the soda and he provided it with a plastic cup of ice which was appreciated. What we can say is that the male servers were much more active than our female server who chose to spend more time on her phone than actually working. There was another young woman working there as well who was very active and attentive to getting tasks done. The quality of food was also okay. It wasn't spectacular but was passable. Overall, the experience was simply a pass. We would much rather go to the Berkeley location or another one further out than what we received in San Leandro. The verdict: 3/5
