Just needed a slow little moment this morning, so I went in for coffee and banana bread. I wasn't very hungry since last time I came I overdid it a bit and couldn't even fit dessert, so today I kept it light and just went for a sweet treat and my coffee. I had the breakfast burrito this morning and I won't say anything but the fact that it was life changing. I now appreciate colours smells and tastes more due to this incredible creation. I also ordered halloumi on the side, and the voluptuous and smooth texture was world class. My date (who was fabulous company I must add) ordered the banana bread, and although I was too full to try that the wafting smell of freshly baked banana was sensational to my nose buds. The only negative was chai latte wasn't brilliant. The staff were very friendly and also looked very clean and trendy so respect. I, however, do fear I will never reach the peak of scranning that first bite of the burrito ever again, and the future looks bleak. So I will have to come here everyday for the significant future. Got seated right away, but waited way too long for the table server. We used to love great white, and tried all locations. But recent experiences being disappointing. It was 3pm today, not busy at all. the quality of food and the services really need to keep up. Even a simple chocolate milk we ordered for kids came with the coco powder on the ice instead of mixed in the drink. Shrimp pasta was too spicy. And the restaurant app is a joke... Another location encouraged us to download the app and collect points, but this location just told us that all the great white restaurants stopped using the app. read more

Loved the bright, welcoming interior, the whole place felt very effortlessly LA in the best way. We ordered a shaken iced latte, pancakes, and the breakfast burrito, and everything was really good and flavorful. The coffee menu had some fun specialty drinks too, which made it feel a little more unique than a typical brunch spot. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was super friendly, and it just had such a nice Brentwood neighborhood feel. Came 15 minutes early from our reservation time on Mother's Day and we were seated right away (0 minute wait literally) even though the restaurant was packed! The restaurant was beautiful and very nice for a casual dinner with indoor and outdoor areas. All staffs were very nice. Our waitress came right away explaining the menu and gave us water. Brentwood location: The ambiance is incredible. So warm, cozy, romantic, upscale. Mix of sofas and tables in the old AOC location k believe. Service was kind and attentive. Food to me was average - shared margarita pizza for the table, most people got bowls, and I got red snapper tacos that to me had a fishy smell and inedible (it really has to be something for me to not finish my plate at a restaurant). If I were to return it would mostly be for ambiance and trying something else. read more

I have always loved Great White and this is my first time at their Brentwood location. Everything went great! The host, Gerard, was really kind and was able to seat us right away. Our server, Charlie, was really friendly and checked in on us a lot. The food here is always great. The breakfast burrito and shrimp pasta were standouts for me. The drinks are just okay, a little expensive for what it is, but worth trying once. Cute ambiance in the restaurant and has a few outdoor seating. Inside can be a little bit crowded and noisy, but still a good experience. Lots of street parking around too! read more

This place has amazing food and great service and such a cute vibe! We had the banana bread, breakfast burrito, and great white breakie and they were all super flavorful and delicious. The banana bread was the perfect consistency and perfect blend of salty sweet. The burrito was tasty and had salsa that paired with it perfectly. Everything included in the breakie was delicious, from the tomatoes to the eggs and goat cheese, they all went together perfectly. We also really enjoyed our margaritas and shaken iced lattes. The only downsides are that they don't take brunch reservations and so we were told the wait would be 35 minutes around noon on a Saturday and it ended up being closer to an hour. Additionally, parking can be a challenge in that area - although there is a lot next door to the restaurant, but it's pricey. read more

It has been a long time since It was love at first bite The Great White Breakfast was a revelation. Every item on the plate was delicious. I did not realize that the bacon was going to be Canadian Bacon, which I am usually not crazy about but this bacon was amazing. I've been to all but one Great White location in LA and enjoy them all. This one is pleasantly located off of the main drive of San Vicente but still has the charm and ease of Brentwood overall. We sat outside on a Sunday, just about peak brunch time, and had a very, very short wait (as in 5 minutes). Was bustling but not too busy. I'll say the food was good as usual, but service definitely lacking. Our waiter had to cover all of outside, any takeout orders, and was helping on a few tables inside. Made for slow check-in and ultimately, us sitting there longer waiting to pay and likely backing up the waiting parties. Overall, would recommend, but it's definitely not a quick bite. read more

While I've enjoyed this restaurant at its other locations, the Great White in Brentwood has a few things to work on. The food at Great White is always great and we were excited to eat after a hard workout class after brunch. My friend and I ordered the Great white Brekkie and the breakfast burrito. Both had great portions and were flavorful. So I had to give the restaurant 3 stars due to the service. The restaurant seemed to be overwhelmed by the foot traffic which seemed to be since there were two people trying to man the front and the restaurant. My friend and I waited in line for a bit and registered for two people for a table. We were told to wait on the side. They continued to sit other people who were before us and we realized they forgot about us. The server who first greeted us then asked us why we were standing on the side and once we reminded him that we asked for a table for two and he told us to wait on the side, they tried to find us a table. No big deal, I don't mind waiting but the restaurant seemed disorganized on the check in process. Secondly, they forgot food items from my plate. Due to me having been to other locations, I knew what was supposed to be on the Great White Brekkie. Once I realized, I flagged down our server who was able to correct the issue and bring out what I ordered. Great restaurant. Love this location actually West Hollywood is also a vibe. I love the dinning area with the wood roof allowing a cool natural breeze come through while you dine. I didn't have a reservation, but our wait time was 30minutes in a Sunday afternoon (1ish time) . Decided Yogas a drink at the bar too while I wait for my table. We were seated within the 30-35 minute period. The food was amazing, the market salad was delicious. The shrimp salad was savory and the noddles were thick. The Daviola pizza was also amazing. My friend and I ordered to share the mixed greens salad with grilled chicken as an add on, and the salad's vinaigrette was citrusy and really complemented the greens and chicken. We also shared a margherita pizza and fries, both of which were deliscious. The fries were perfectly seasoned and really crispy, and the pizza dough tasted freshly made. Our server was so sweet and made sure our food was brought to us quickly; she suggested the sourdough bread pudding for dessert, her favorite. It was amazing! While the location is super cute, it was a bit crowded. However, the indoor/outdoor setup makes the location really spacious and easy to make conversation.
