    Horiatiki Salad ($6.50/small order)

Greeking Out One of three locally-owned Greek restaurants here in the South Bay, with this location being in operation for over ten years (ca. 2015). The owners are from Greece and promise to bring the most authentic and delicious Greek food in a casual and family-friendly environment. The Good: * Parking lot * Fast-casual order at the counter and they bring the food out to you, which is my favorite for lunchtime. * Friendly service * Bottled Beer and fermented grapes * Reasonable pricing * Moussaka was spot-on and delicious. For the uninitiated, it's basically a Greek lasagna, but instead of noodles they use delicious baked eggplant and a rich béchamel sauce to cover them and ground beef. It's my favorite Greek dish, and theirs is one of the best. * Chicken skewer was still moist despite being white meat. The Meh: * Horataki Salads are delicious, albeit maybe a touch too oily. Maybe try asking for SoS (Sauce on Side) if your stomach gets a little upset by too much oil. The Ugly: * Some of the seating in here needs replacing; I sat on one of their benches and I swear I got violated by a spring. 0_o Conclusion: Delicious Greek food for a fair price. Highly recommended. **They also own the similarly named restaurant in South SJ and Souvlaki's in Willow Glen.

Good tasting food. The chicken souvlaki was flavorful with a good char. Nice fluffy pita with crisp veggies inside. Great tasting sauce that is reminiscent of honey mustard imo. Savory and delicious. The fries were seasoned well with oregano on top. Nice and crispy with a softness inside. There was hot sauce on the table which also went well with the meal. Nice flavor and kick. The bottles (hot sauce and ketchup) were a bit sticky though..

I came here for lunch for the first time yesterday. I asked the cashier what is their signature dish. He recommended the Greek Spot Special plate. I had it with beef and lamb. It was delicious! I couldn't finish everything. Saved 1/4 portions for snack later. I am glad to have discovered a great Greek restaurant here! I will be back to try other food items! There is water available that you can help yourself to when dining in. Cute little restaurant. Love all the Greece related pictures displayed in the restaurant. Thanks to the cashier for recommending the Greek Spot Special plate!

Great food, fast and friendly service. My dad tried a gyro from here for the first time and he really enjoyed it as well. If you like spice then I recommend you get their mango habanero sauce on the side to add to your food, I'll be back!

    CHICKEN SOUVLAKI

Wonderful spot to grab some Greek food. I've visited Greek Spot a few times now and have enjoyed it every single time. The food is fresh and very filling for the price. When you step inside, you order at the counter with someone, and if you're dining in, you choose a table. The restaurant is pretty spacious with plenty of tables, as well as tables in their outdoor patio area. Every time that I've visited for dinner, there's been no issue snagging a table. My go-to is the chicken souvlaki, which comes in a wrap with skewered chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and fries. Everything is seasoned well and is piping hot, but I'd say the star of the show is the yellow sauce in the wrap. It adds really good flavor and rounds it all out. Parking is easy in the lot attached. It shares parking with several other businesses in the plaza, but there are always spaces available.

Overly generous servings & worth the price you pay for. I enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients & the fullness of the flavors. I ordered the lemon orzo chicken soup which warmed my tummy& palate & I also ordered the gyro salad which was huge & refreshing! This is a great place to bring vegetarian friends. The service was friendly & prompt. The ambiance is simple & cozy. You order before you sit which makes this an efficient lunch spot. There's another location in South San Jose.

Extremely huge portions that are sooo good! Tasty food you could definitely split a plate and serve two people. I've been coming here for years. The food is always flavorful and fresh.

Do a better job at checking the order .... Items marked off weren't in the bag! Missing tzatziki order

Great location, amazing quality! Greek spot is one of our favorite places to dine and super convenient to our home making it a frequent week night dinner for my family! I prefer to go in-person to ensure we have an amazing experience and enjoy all of our favorites. Every time we doordash we have an issue with an item being left behind or missing from the bag. The bags are tied but not sealed, so not sure if the issue is on the restaurant or dasher side.

    Gyro Wrap - delicious!

Was on my way to an appointment and decided to stop here for lunch. Glad I saw it and chose it! Personnel was friendly, service was very fast, and best of all the food was great! I've never had french fries in my gyro before - an added bonus that blended well.

This place is nestled in an industrial neighborhood and is probably really booming during the work week. We arrived around 1PM and there was a larger party of maybe 12 and another party of 4 and us...party of 9. There is patio seating and plenty of indoor seating. There was plenty of parking as they have a parking lot dedicated to their restaurant. Their menu is substantial. All the usual suspects of falafel, kufta, chicken and beef kabobs, humus & pita, etc. We ordered the following: 1. Sword fish plate: which was served with rice and vegetables. The fish was perfectly grilled and a great sized filet. 2. Falafel pita & falafel plate: the pita came with fries the plate came with veggies and rice. Both of the guests of our party that ordered these were quite happy with their order. 3. Beef kabob: these were large cubes of beef, that were seasoned well and grilled perfectly. You get a full skewer on a bed of rice and a side of vegetables. 4. Kufta kebob: which I ordered, and it was a large sized kabob that was bursting with flavor and juicy. On a bed of rice and a side of veggies. I wish they served basmati rice or a long grain rice and that the veggies were just grilled without the sauce. I felt the tomato sauce it was covered it overpowered the natural flavors of the array of veggies on the plate. 5. My mom ordered a 3pc lamb chops plate, and it typically comes over a bed of fries, but we substituted it for rice, and it came with the same side of veggies as the rest of ours. She said it was good and the size of the chops was decent. 6. I got there kind of late so the first half of our party ordered appetizers that we didn't get to try but I ordered an order of fried calamari and I must say my favorite part was what I think was a kalamata olive aioli. It was delicious! Will need to replicate at home. All in all, we were pleased and left satisfied and more importantly full. I'm sure we will be back!

We got: - dolmades mezes starter: it was warm and had beef in it which was unexpected -- I'm almost certain we had a different version of these before that did not have meat and were served cold, I have never really loved these lol but my partner has really enjoyed the cold version before because he found it really refreshing. The warm one was interesting, still enjoyable to him but not as much as before - beef souvlaki plate with fries instead of salad: I loved this! I asked for no lettuce, and the server said I could switch out the salad for fries instead. The beef was so tender and flavored well, super savory, and I absolutely LOVE the olive dip that comes with this dish. The fries were okay! I enjoyed dipping them into the olive dip. - swordfish souvlaki wrap no lettuce with fruit: option to get fries instead, but we got fruit. My mom liked it! I tried some of the swordfish and it had a nice light flavor, quite tender and very nice. I've also gotten the grilled branzini before, which is a whole entire fish. Warning that you may need to use your hands to eat this directly lol I really enjoyed this dish too! When we arrived, they mentioned we could sit anywhere we wanted. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors so it was a tad warm but they provide shade. There is a tent as well with a plastic surrounding but as for any restaurant with these plastic surroundings, I always find the plastic smell so strong and offputting, so we sat at the tables instead where they have umbrellas providing a lot of shade. We sat next to a bougainvillea bush which also provides us shade and some entertainment as little birds hopped back and forth inside the bush and then out of it to nearby tables, looking for food. So cute! Parking can be found in the lot behind the restaurant, but the entrance is still found around the other side of the building, on the side of the outdoor seating. You can also park on the side of the street in front of the restaurant, but there's less shade. We arrived at a 3pm on a Friday with almost no one else there, so once our whole party was present we got service immediately. The food takes some time to cook but as mentioned, it's delicious. Overall a really cute restaurant!

Unfortunately, the chicken and beef were lacking in flavor and were pretty dry. The portions were generous, though the gyro beef was sliced pretty thin. The veggies were actually fresh, which was a plus. The hummus was on the lighter side flavor-wise, while the Baha Ghanouj had a solid roasted aftertaste. The Achilles spread was... interesting. It was very fatty with a garlic aftertaste. It just wasn't my thang. The waffle fries were cool. They were fried well and had a good crunch, but nothing special. The falafel, though, was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch. They were very crunchy, but had a weird dish-soap aftertaste that I couldn't get past. I couldn't finish the rest. Sorry, but I'll be on the lookout for another Mediterranean spot.
