The Russo's on 7th Ave has a reputation for being a bit surlier than the one on 5th Ave--a lot of people have said that the 5th Avenue staff is warmer and the overall vibe there is a lot friendlier. Just note, hand sanitizer is provided at the cashier and there are restrooms available for customers only. I love the comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The Salmon bowl with organic quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and broccoli are delicious and healthy! On top of that, meals come in compostable fiber takeout bowls along with disposable utensils made of plastic. If you care about cutting waste, the same as I do, it makes sense to carry reusable utensils made of stainless steel.
