I have been comfortable knowing that there aren't shenanigans going on here. I like the inspection report that lists all major areas of my cars and if there is a recommended action. I also like that when I speak to Lucas, he ballparks when I need things done in case I want to spread out preventative maintenance. I've since left the region, but I do still visit a few times a year, and work in my service visits while I'm in town. That's probably the biggest endorsement I can give.

When I finally got out, he said, "I can fix that dent, ma'am--take my card." I told him politely, "No thank you, I'm good." He insisted again, saying he could give me a good price. I repeated myself, and that's when he got irritated and said, "What the hell does 'I'm good' mean?" Instead of driving off, he continued talking aggressively and wouldn't move his car as I tried to walk toward the restaurant. I had to go around his vehicle just to get away. The whole experience was hostile, disrespectful, and intimidating. No one should be approached or spoken to that way, especially after clearly saying no. It's completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. Avoid this person if you see him around Gunston Plaza. Don't ever intimidate another person -- you came off creepy and like someone who would go to the extreme.

Then Fisher started in on me as I got out of our handicapped van in my scooter. My husband told Fisher he had to make sure I got upstairs okay. Fisher looked & acted reputably at first and said he would give an estimate before starting work. He did not. He started banging on the wheel well by the time my husband returned. High pressure and fast talk sent the $700 "estimate" up to $1,800.00. The work was sloppy and looks bad/unprofessional. The rear wheel well needed a dent removed. He took it upon himself to "fix" some spots on the rear bumper which now looks like a child was let loose with a can of spray paint (paint and finish does not match). This will be an added cost for us when my husband gets it professionally redone. You can see every place he hammered on the side of the car. Nothing is smooth and the paint does not match. He took advantage of us and manipulated us at every turn. Fisher is a slippery and unscrupulous thief. Do not use his services. Fisher is an out-and-out Scammer.

Made an appointment to stop by during my lunch hour for an estimate. I arrived early, however, unfortunately I did not have enough time to wait for them to get to my car even though I was next in line. So I had to leave and go back to work. Even though I had to leave, the gentleman was understanding and explained a few of the services with me. I called later to speak with the same gentleman to reschedule and mentioned that another location was close to my home and I could go there on my work from home day. He was super patient with me and understanding of my time constraints. He recommended I call the other location and get a 7am appt to get the estimates so I could get it done before work. Perfect resolution!! I called the other location, got the work done and it was a 5 star experience. Now that I am familiar with both locations, I will use either one of them. Both locations were professional, welcoming over the phone, and just as patient in person and ready to work with me. Highly recommend.
