Wrap Mexican chicken and smoothie Mango pineapple

A beautiful place to have a healthy meal. The service is polite and friendly. Very cosy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Brown rice, greens, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and falafel.

The place was nice and the menu looked great, but what I received was Not. I wanted to make my own bowl rather than take one off the menu. I ordered fewer ingredients than were in any of the posted bowls yet mine was more expensive. I mentioned that and he told me it was because mine was "custom." I opened the lid and saw literally 5 leaves among the huge amount of rice. The amount of cucumbers was also disappointing and they were cut in half. I complained about the amount of greens and they put a handful on top. I think the staff should guide you to get the best version of your order for the best price. It was not worth $19.00 by any means!!!

Standard eatery, service is a bit slow but just because they probably didn't have enough workers. The bagel is average nothing crazy special, but a quick place to stop by and grab takeout. Small spot but they do have some seating which is nice!

Run. Flee. Skip. Go anywhere else. We made the mistake of ordering take out from here. First, for some reason, despite being close by, it took an hour to get here, which wouldn't be an issue if the food was good or took a lot of prep time. One, we ordered a sandwich. Somewhere on the menu it should state that these aren't actually freshly made sandwiches, or real sandwiches at all, but pre-made, school cafeteria quality sandwiches on stale bread with days old (SLICE) of turkey (????), and a SLICE of old cheese that was likely made days prior. Two, their "acai" bowl was questionable on all fronts and one of the worst acai bowls we've ever had. Three, their acai smoothie, besides being tasteless was luke warm and sad. No sure how a premade sandwich and an acai bowl took an hour, or why it was all pathetic in appearance, taste and freshness. But do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This is shameful.

Great spot for balanced, healthy food that actually tastes good. Fresh ingredients, good portions, and flavors that don't feel like "diet food." Clean, satisfying meals and a nice atmosphere. Definitely worth coming back.

I haven't been to this place in years but was passing by and decided to get a muscle up shake which cost almost $15 for a 16oz. The shake was overall good but not worth the price, but that's nyc for you.

I was excited to try the Mediterranean bowl from Green Blend but it really turned out to be a quinoa bowl with some Mediterranean toppings. However, looking at the menu they offered really cool smoothies and breakfast options that I would try.

I ordered the vegan Turkish Lentil Soup--16oz. of "cooked lentils, carrots, onions, black pepper, garlic, black pepper, tomato paste, and mint." It was served with saltine crackers. The shop is relatively small with limited indoor and outdoor seating, but what can you realistically expect? It's Midtown Manhattan. This located is two blocks south of Penn Station and Madison Square Garden on the west side of 8th Avenue. While I have no dietary restrictions, my companion has several, and she was able to find several options to pick from... This is definitely a fast casual restaurant, and there is no "table service," per se. However, they do offer a large menu of healthy options and quick service at reasonable prices. AmEx is accepted here.

So because of the location, this place is packed and it looks crazy depending on when you walk in. But there is a method to the madness. The menu is so long so it causes a traffic jam to back up before people get in line to order. They have everything grain bowls, salads, acai bowls, soups, shakes, and like 100 other things. They have really good salmon for all you picky pescatarians. The lentil soup is bomb too. I will definitely be back the next time I "forget" to bring lunch for work. read more

I got the mixed berry açaí. The bowls they provide açaí in are nice and deep so they don't skimp on the base or the berries. Everything was fresh and this bowl provided me comfort when I had been walking in the cold rain for a while. Thank you Green Blend! Giving 4 stars and not 5 bc $14 is a lot to pay for a fancy fruit bowl! read more

Giant if somewhat expen$ive Cali chicken salad. But at 2lbs, hard to argue. The quality of the ingredients is what's best. Fresh greens, ripe cado, decent amount of chicken. Nice grape tomatos. And the dressing doesn't taste like sugary wallpaper paste. Very nice smoothies too. Allow 15 mins if you go to order or use their on-line to order and avoid the jam packed wait. read more

Onur Safak told us he opened Green Blend two months ago. Wow! Is he doing everything right! We arrived at Penn Station at 7:30pm, hungry, tired and looking for someplace close with health food for me and red meat for my cowboy hubby. Well I would be hard pressed to think there could be anyplace more perfect for that tall order than Green Blend, at 29th St and 8th Ave. Wow, again. I don't think there's anything worth eating they don't have. Name it: soup, salad, panini, smoothies, bowls, falafel, veggie burgers (my choice) chock full of carrots, mushroom, kale, tomato, quinoa, with an incredible sweet chili sauce) and the cowboy fav--the Big Bang burger with lots o toppings, and red meat "better than our hometown's Red Robin." The burgers are affordable and come with a side. And NO CANOLA in the French fryer. Yay!! You know me. My readers expect me to report on this. We shall return! Maybe for breakfast with, again, everything you can imagine from eggs to bagels to oatmeal to breakfast bowls. Yum! Our sever at the order counter, Eileen, was sweet and friendly. I decided to give this place another shot because of how nice and willing the owner is. I love the vibe of this place- very European-it's clean, spacious and great for getting work done. They have an extensive menu with quality ingredients. I have gotten the acai bowl here. I will definitely be spending more time here and trying other items on the menu. read more

Eh, it's just decent! Pretty quickly-made food & fresh ingredients, though I agree with other comments that hygiene of the shop & workers are a bit iffy. Not all employees wear gloves and I've noticed masks come off sometimes or are constantly adjusted before then touching the food. Also, things are fine when it's emptier but when it's busy, the shop's quite disorganized inside. Workers at the front seem lost wandering behind the cashier, struggling to get finished orders packed & out the door. 3rd time visiting today, got a custom protein smoothie and my go-to salmon burger. Smoothie was as expected. Salmon burger was just ok -- buns were slightly burnt, salmon could've used more seasoning, and I fished out (pun very much intended) 3 big bones with one bite! Prettty good health food place I ordered a celery juice, vegan tomato soup and the kalemilized grain bowl. The grain bowl was HUGE and super flavorful. The goat cheese and the balsamic vinaigrette really tied everything together. The celery juice was standard and the tomato soup was good and flavorful and not heavy/creamy Bc it was vegan. If you're looking for healthy food like bowls and salads, this could be a spot to check out. I got a natural bowl with tofu and a mixed berry açaí bowl. My wife got a custom salad (mixed greens and kale, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, broccoli, and carrots) with steak and olive oil on the side. I wouldn't suggest getting the tofu since it seemed very oily and not very flavorful. Also, the quinoa wasn't as soft as I expected (maybe the brown rice is better). I would suggest putting the dressing on the side because I think they put to much olive oil on my dish. The açaí bowl wasn't very sweet but I enjoy açaí bowls which aren't so sweet so it was up my alley. If you prefer it on the sweeter side, I probably suggest adding a sweetener like honey to it. My wife's only complaint about her salad was she felt didn't get a lot of protein. I would give this place a 3.5/5 since the customer service was nice, but since you can't give half a star, I kept it a 3. read more

I was there last week and while was waiting to order I was watching the woman making a juice. She put in an apple with the sticker still on it. I didn't see that on the menu. Today I went in to get a muffin and the person went to get it, he's looking around and I got the impression that they were out of the one I wanted and then he suddenly found it and shoves it in my bag so fast I can't see it. I get home and, obviously they were out of the one I wanted because I had this disgusting muffin that was undercooked. I threw it out. This place was amazing when it was juiceology. literally the rudest customer service I have ever received. this young girl always has an attitude and it is obvious she hates her job. trying to get help from her is like pulling teeth. never going back!! i suggest you don't either, being on a diet and buying healthy food from them every day you would think they would at least be more helpful and not make one feel like an annoyance sad but there are many other great juice bars around! read more

Used to work around Penn Station and would stop by all the time, sad to see that is no longer the place it used to be. Do yourself a favor and don't come at 8AM. The staff has no idea what they are doing, they will get your order completely wrong. At least the coffee is hot, burned actually. read more

Very much a solid place for lunch in over saturated chain/fast food region of NYC. I can only speak from my experiences of using Meal Pal here, which I highly recommend. Not only is this one of the best places when it comes to picking up reservations on Meal Pal, but one of the places with healthier choices and bigger portions. Their falafel salad and chicken detox were both really delicious and had great dressing to go on top. Good for lunch on the go! read more

Every single time I order food from this place, it's always on point! Absolutely love their smoothies. I've never been in-person, but my food always arrives fresh and packaged with care. The only thing I'll say is that the chicken soup isn't creamy at all, just a simple chicken soup unlike the description on Uber. read more

I ordered a cold brew with (specifically noted) LIGHT half and half, to which I received barely any coffee and mostly milk. Called for a refund or another coffee and was told that essentially they remembered making the coffee and it was fine to them. Didn't know they made coffees the way their baristas like their coffee and not the way customers ask for it. Do not recommend, as this is the second time this has happened. read more

On my second visit I decided on the bergamot honey latte--again it see very good...the bergamot is there but not over powering. This time I got the banana bread and it was superb! Take your coffee and treats to the park across the street with benches. You can people watch and enjoy your morning coffee!!

I ordered online way before the lunch rush and still when I went to pick it up, my sandwich wasn't ready and took a half hour. Green Blend features generally healthy food in an area swamped by garbage eats--fast food, build-you-own gastroenteritis, and overpriced delis that must all get their supplies from the same crappy distributor. The food at Green Blend is pretty good, if pricey. But, hey, it's Manhattan (a pretty grungy part of it, by the way). However, the place seems to be run like the restaurant in THE BEAR, with yelling, confused workers, orders taking forever, a chaotic vibe. For part of this, I blame delivery apps that are likely over-swamping the cooks here. They recently remodeled to make room for more tables, but a third of the front is usually filled with waiting delivery drivers. I really want to like this place more, but it needs better management and staff. I may try them again next year. read more

I recently visited Green Blend in NYC, conveniently located on 8th Avenue and 29th Street, right next to Penn Station. The menu offers a delightful array, including coffee, fresh juices, protein shakes, smoothie bowls, and an all day breakfast. The Morning Queen Omelette, featuring two scrambled eggs, chorizo, bacon, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes with a side of home fries, is a generous portion for its price. The fact that breakfast is served all day is a definite plus. I also tried the Creative Hangover Killing Juice, a refreshing blend of carrot, lemon, beet, fresh ginger, and green apples. It proved to be a revitalizing and flavorful choice. The standout of my experience was the excellent service provided by Albert. It may look like your average juice bar, but Green Blend is anything but! It has a very quaint, cozy cafe vibe with ample wifi and a good variety of healthy food options, which I love! I work nearby, and have been coming here regularly since it opened. I am always immediately greeted by the friendly owner and staff. My go to are usually the California Cobb salad and Chipotle chicken Panini. The Chipotle Chicken Panini (cured tomato, swiss Cheese, caramelized onions and spicy mustard) and the California Cobb Salad (Baby kale, hardboiled egg, avocado, tomatoes, chopped chicken, olives, and blue cheese aioli) is amazing! read more

One of the best juice places I've ever been to! My friend got the Green Oppical Smoothie and it was so refreshing and tasty. I'm usually not into fruit smoothies, so I expected to just try a sip or two. But I ended up wanting more! This place uses real fruits, none of those artificial flavors and sweeteners, so you are definitely getting the quality that you are paying for.
