I actually had two ties with the same issue. He said he thought he could fix them, so I drove over to give him a chance. He told me to leave one tie first, and if I was happy with the result, he'd work on the second one. Fair enough. He asked me to come back Tuesday. The shop itself was also concerning. It looked extremely cluttered, with clothing and orders piled everywhere. It honestly felt more like a hoarder's house than a tailor shop. Before I left, I also asked if he could make a tie skinnier. He said yes, for $45. No problem. I came back on Wednesday and asked for an update. He told me he hadn't even started because he'd been too busy. I looked down, and my tie was still sitting in the exact same spot where I'd left it, untouched, on top of a pile of other clothes. I wasn't upset about the delay. Things happen. He started giving me his phone number so I could call him later, but I told him I already had it. Then I tried to hand him another tie that I simply wanted made skinnier. I couldn't even finish explaining what I wanted because he kept cutting me off and assuming it had the same repair issue as the first tie. I repeatedly tried to explain that this was just a standard alteration, but he wouldn't listen. Instead, he insisted he wouldn't take the second tie until the first one was finished. That made no sense to me. If it's a service he offers, why not just accept the tie and work on it whenever he has time? At that point, I took both ties back and decided to go somewhere else. The whole experience was a waste of time. Poor organization, rude communication, and an extremely messy shop. His prices may be reasonable, but that's not enough when the customer experience is this frustrating.

The came in for a minor alteration on my bridesmaid dress for the bust area. I was told to come back in 3.5 weeks to get it, and when I did, my dress wasn't even done. She told me to come back in an hour, which meant I now was going to be stuck in traffic. I came back an hour later and my dress was finally finished. However, she didn't even have me try it on. She just put it straight into a bag so I didn't see it before leaving the shop. When I got home and took it out, I noticed the following issues: 1. part of the dress had changed from black to navy blue (see pic for comparison) 2. she left the needle in my dress 3. some of the boning got crushed and misshapen 1 week before the wedding, I ended up having to buy a replacement dress because the issues could not be repaired. The price of the alteration was reasonable ($12), but buying a whole new dress ended up costing me another $100.

He continued with a sarcastic smirk on his face that they weren't at fault and that there is no lost and found etc. I kindly asked him to stop arguing and all I wanted to do was fill out something so they can call me if they find it or if another customer accidentally received and returns it. He then continued his argument getting louder etc. There were other customers in the store and were in shock of his demeanor. To descalate the situation I advised him I was done and would no longer be a customer. I turned around to leave and he kept on how he wasn't at fault etc. All I wanted to do was fill out a missing item report. They obviously have no policy for missing items. His rude unimaginable behavior was ridiculous. Bottom line, DO NOT use this dry cleaners!!
