Update to previous review: Still one star. I'd give less if I could. We've been with Green Mango since they first opened many years ago. At first, the service was always top notch. It's clear now that they don't care about quality anymore. We have always had service provided on Saturdays between 8am-12pm. We had been scheduled previously and they called us needing to reschedule. I get that, sometimes things come up and schedules change a bit. Our service was rescheduled for today between 8am-12pm. Green Mango never showed up. I'm sure someone will reach out to us over this review in an attempt to fix their mistake...however we've already been there and done that and they are still making mistakes with the same customers they've already apologized to. The technician who came to our home today destroyed property and then sat in his truck trying to avoid the situation. I called customer service and was told by them to "calm down" because there isn't anything they can do for me today because managers don't work on Saturdays. This is 100% unacceptable. 1), this technician obviously needs some training, 2) customer service definitely needs training, and 3) every day that a business operates there should be a manager available! This company once used to be great and be super courteous but the last year or so dealing with them has been a nightmare. From not showing up when promised, from forgetting to schedule our bi-monthly service, and now this. We have been with this company for about 6 years and with three different homes so it's sad to see the decline in customer service. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience. From the first phone call to the actual treatment everyone has been professional, friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Service reps were on time and communicated when they were on their way. They were also able to inform me about why I was seeing the problems I was and how their termite treatment was not only different from what I had before but also how it would work and the timeline of what I should see post treatment. We have been using Green Mango for almost 2 years now but I am starting to question if we should stop! This is the 2nd time we have had a chicken die the day after Green Mango has come. The first time I called and spoke with Green Mango about it they ensured me that the spray they use is safe for animals. They were here yesterday morning and we have another chicken dead today. This company takes there customers Serious I don't see bugs at all when they leave. If you do they're prompt to get out and service your area again when on the route. Can't even get a call back!!! We tried, and tried and tried (for months) to get on this company's list and spend our money with them, as if they were really the holy grail of pest control. It almost feels like a "cult" that you have to have a "referral card"??? to give them YOUR hard earned consumer dollars. We finally decided to go with another company, and we couldn't be happier. After seeing the negative reviews, like the beehive that they didn't find, I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I was really interested at the beginning, but usually companies are trying to attract customers, I had a very hard time having to beg this company for so much as a call back. After multiple voicemails and online form submissions, I guess it's just not meant to be... So, one little start for your poor customer service. read more

The fees are affordable and I know our recent pest issues will be a thing of the past. Our technician came today and was great! I've had Green Mango service my house for about a year and have always had great service from them. The technicians that have come by have always been professional, courteous, and do a good job. I'm especially grateful for my most recent service call regarding roof rats. Starting late last week, I started hearing scratching and gnawing on wood noises coming from the attic. I called and spoke with Cashmere and she was very understanding about the situation and got me set up right away for their first available appointment. She also had another tech come out the same day for ants in my backyard. Nicholas was prompt, professional, and did a good job spraying outside. Hector U. Was the tech that came out for the attic situation did an amazing and thorough job. He went above and beyond my expectations! Best of all .. NO ROOF RATS!! After a thorough investigation with pictures and video of my attic, he showed me that it was a pigeon afterall. Hector was very patient and answered all my questions. He made sure every possibility of having roof rats was inspected and eliminated. I am now at ease, and can relax without any thoughts of dang rats! Thank you so much Hector! We are so disappointed! We heard great reviews from JohnJay and Rich and online. The truth is that Green Mango doesn't really care about the customers... Recent example- We were scheduled for service this week. The email gave the date but no time range, just "make sure your pets are put away and your gate unlocked". So...the customer's pets are to be locked in the house all day and the gates are to be left open all day? By 6 PM, no one came by so we locked the gate. My husband was home all day. I was home at 3:30. The pets had been locked in the house all day & our gate had been left open all day. For what? No one rang the doorbell, knocked on the door, left a note, sent an email, called or texted us. We called & cancelled the service the next day & were told that we'd get charged to break the contract! Wow, how is this our fault? Apparently the tech came at 6:07. He took a pic of the locked gate and sent it to Green Mango. How were we supposed to know he came? The sun sets at 5:30ish now. How does the tech see to spray outside when it's dark? And frankly, expecting customers to keep their gates open and pets locked up all day isn't caring about the customer, nor the customer's safety, nor even respecting the customer. All we want is to get out of the contract without paying a penalty. I told them that we wouldn't go on social media if they would just let us go. They said that they're charging us for breaking the contract. read more

I usually do not have any issue with Green Mango technician but today their technician Cody Miller came to do service and I had to ask him to leave my house after 5 minutes being there! He started spraying the inside and after 3 rooms he said he was done. I asked him if he's going to spray the backyard too, his response was "Were you not home the last time we serviced your home?" I said yes i was, then he said "Well then you should know that we spray your backyard too" After i told him that he didn't have to spray my house since he was being smart, unprofessional and disrespectful, he threw my door mats, said that I need to get a life then slammed my gate. This was all recorded by my doorbell camera! I reported him to his supervisor John and sent him the video recording as well. read more

Zero stars the technician left our side gate open and our dog ran away. He clearly knew we had a dog because he had to wait for us to put him away. I called customer service as soon as I noticed the gate open and 5 hours later still no callback. I would not recommend a company that tolerates careless behavior or this kind. I have been using Green Mango pest control services for quite awhile. Overall though, I was happy with the service they provided. I liked the scorpion-free guarantee they have. I would happily continue using them but for thee fact I'm moving and need to cancel service. On Monday, February 2nd I contacted them to inform me of my intentions of canceling. They said an account manager wasn't available and said they would call me back. On Tuesday I called back and was told that all account managers were busy and said they would call me right back. This was at 8am. At 3pm I called them again and was told that the account manager had to leave for an emergency and would call me back. Yesterday, Friday the 7th I called once again. This time I actually was talking to the account manager! I explained I wanted to cancel and they said I would need to give them the credit card on file in order to cancel. Unfortunately I didn't have the credit card on me and that it was at home. They then said that I will need to call back once I have the card. Great. After a few minutes of back and forth, the account manager put me on a brief hold to talk to her manager. I was then told that they can cancel services but they would need to text me first and have me text back, providing them with specific information and they would cancel after that. So here I'm sitting, Saturday afternoon. No text from them. It seems as though they will not cancel my service. What is my next step? Perhaps Better Business Bureau or Attorney General office? Or both. I've never had to deal with a service that has taken a whole week to cancel. Welp, guess I'll keep calling them on Monday. I'm not looking forward to the runaround again. The thing is, if not for this, I'd be happy to restart service with Green Mango in the near future. After all of this, I'll take my business to another pest control company. Edit: After posting this review I received contact and communication from Alina (my apologies if I misspelled that) who is the account manager with Green Mango. She apologized and made everything right. I'm glad I was able to air my frustrations and concerns with Alina about the runaround I received when trying to cancel my service. read more

I signed up for a year contract with this company. I'm currently in the 17 month. every time they constantly changing the schedule showing up at the wrong time. I instructed them not to come in in the morning and they kept scheduling me in the morning. however they were always fast on charging my card for the service. Last month they showed up and only did the outside not inside they they charged my card and said someone would call me back to schedule the inside but no called. I called them today to have them refund me the charge and explain my frustration but all they cared about was their $72 charge. I would recommend that yo don't use them because at the end of the day all they care is about the money and not the customer read more
