I ordered one of the Family Platters that states it comes with salad, Hummus,rice, and 4 WHOLE CHICKENS. The problem I am having is all of the chickens were NOT WHOLE... the breast meat was removed and so was the thigh meat... they only left a small amount of meat on the breast bone the chicken wings were intact and a little of the leg meat. To me it looks like they take off the meat for the Kabobs and leave the the rest to sell as a "whole chicken" it's not unless the chicken is on Ozempic! Don't advertise it as a 4 whole chickens when it's not. Everything was tasty but there was hardly any meat on the chicken very disappointing. I didn't take a picture wish I did so I could post it. This is probably our favorite mediterranean restaurant. We drive about 30 minutes to get dinner just because the quality of their food is amazing. My boyfriend gets the whole chicken ( take 20-30 mins) so I would advise to call ahead. I get the gyro plate or wrap depends on my mood but it never lets me down. Restaurant is a quick service so you order first and then find a seat but we usually de take out. Only complaint we have is that the customer service sucks, to the point where we contemplated on going back. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken wrap and only changed the type of chicken from kabob to shawarma. For some reason, this simple request caused the staff to react with visible annoyance. My food ended up overly oily, extremely salty, and was served last, long after everyone else had already gotten their meals. The cashier had a terrible attitude and even yelled at me, saying my order was taking longer because I had changed it -- even though I never asked her any questions. To make things worse, the manager made me feel uneasy with his inappropriate staring and smiling, almost as if something was off with the food. Before my meal was served, he told me, "Next time make sure you order what you want. Now sit down in this chair and eat." It was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. While they did issue a refund, I had paid with a credit card and they refunded me shorted cash, which only added to the bad experience. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place. DO NOT EAT HERE. Reply to owner: I did not make "multiple order changes." I simply asked for the chicken in my wrap to be switched from kabob to shawarma, which is already on your menu. If preparing an item that's listed is such a problem, then it shouldn't be advertised as an option. A basic substitution shouldn't trigger attitude, delays, or unprofessional behavior. Your staff did not "work hard to accommodate" anything. What I experienced was irritation from the cashier, an unnecessary comment about my order causing delays, and extremely oily, overly salty food that felt intentionally rushed or made carelessly. On top of that, the manager's inappropriate staring and rude comment -- "Next time make sure you order what you want. Now sit down in this chair and eat." -- is something I hope you take seriously instead of brushing off with generic PR responses. Regarding the refund, it wasn't "prompt." Frankly we didn't like this, what a disaster too. Two lamb wrap sandwiches and a side of rice was a little over $34. The lamb was cooked well done and it was ruined but what ever they put in that sandwich so wet it literally poured through the paper wrapped end of the sandwich all over us and I happened to be wearing white.
