We had to push him a third time because half the table lost their appetite and refused to pay for food that came out of a roach infested kitchen. He threw a small discount at us, but still forced everyone to pay for their tabs. While we were trying to settle up and just get out of there, the staff started opening up to us. Our waitress told us she was quitting in a week because this kind of stuff happens constantly, and she was tired of dealing with the fallout. Another waiter mentioned it was only his third day on the job and he was already planning to jump ship. To top it all off, we walked past the kitchen and office area on our way out and the sheer lack of cleanliness explained everything. I went with med. spice, added: squid x 2, rice noodles x 2, shrimp x 2, beef brisket x 2, pork belly x 2, baby bokchoy x 1, chinese cabbage x 1, egg plant x 1, dry tofu x 2, & enoki mushroom x 1 Yes, added a lot and it's because the menu was not helpful. Lot of the items are singular, couldn't tell if "Squid" meant 1 or 1 serving. If it was 1 serving, how many squids came in a serving? As I wasn't sure, some of them I ended up ordering two. IE: Shrimp, I got 2 orders, there were 9 or 10 shrimps... had I know 1 order was equal to 5 shrimps, I would have ordered just 1. I wish they would update their menu to reflect the topping items so the customers know how many comes in a order. My bill came out to $70, yeah, it can get expensive! It took some time to get the food... but because I ordered lot of items, the food that came out was good for 5 people :) It was good, loved the medium spice and definitely hit the spot.
