Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care. I'm writing this review specifically about the orthodontics side of this office, particularly the front desk and treatment coordinator. My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, and it often feels like calls are being screened or ignored rather than addressed professionally. A major issue arose regarding a biopsy. The office had my insurance information on file but failed to inform me that the lab they used was out-of-network. At no point was I given the opportunity to consent to this. When I brought it to their attention, they dismissed the situation by saying, "this has never happened before," instead of taking responsibility. As a result, I've been left with a bill they refuse to cover, despite their lack of transparency. Additionally, I had a very concerning experience on October 31. I witnessed a staff member at the front desk drinking while patients were present. I was told the office was closed, yet the door signage indicated they were open, there was a parent waiting in the lobby, and dental equipment was visibly set up in the back. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient safety. read more

I would give Dr Nadia zero stats if it was available. I went there for a root she conducted some procedure then allowed her assistant a young woman to clean up the area next to the tooth while she was doing that she cracked the tooth next to it i heard it cracking the assistant got nervous and went to talk to the dentist on the other side of wall while I heard them whispered then Nadia came in and matter-of-factly told me that the tooth that had been cracked was already lost before I even showed up there. Then she convinced me to just take the cracked out and do a filling with bone or something. I knew what was happening but it was already done. the followed up was months later when I came she said there was another tooth that needed extraction and another needed a crown. She extracted the tooth that was the third extracted tooth under her care and in addition to that she made the crown. I though the crown was to complete something else but the tooth with the crown kept hurting I called back they gave an appointment with a different dentist an African American lady whom am assuming didn't know what had happened and said that everything looked perfect. But the tooth kept hurting i tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager that never came to the phone so I went to a different dentist who told me I need a root canal in the tooth that had the crown. I though that's not the right way to do things I though the order of things was root canal followed by a crown but no she did the crown without a root canal then one Friday someone called to confirm an appointment with the surgeon on a Saturday a surgeon that came once every few months the problem was that no one told me that I had that appointment or even that the tooth with crown still needed a root canal now I have to go have a major surgery with a different dentist the crown is basically going to be trash and I might lose another tooth under the care for over a year of dr Nadia Zorapapel I've had 4 teeth extracted more teeth in one year than in my whole life. In addition to all of these the last time I went one of the assistants at around 5pm decided that she needed to get a full set of xrays I didn't understand why since I was about to leave but did it anyway then I realized is because every set of xrays is paid so it was about money not care. The icing on the cake is that I called the office to ask for the email of someone in charge so that I could sent a formal complaint they put me with an office manager named Stephanie who did not provide contact info did not provide Dr Nadia Zotapapel license number said that it wasn't her job and finally just basically got upset and hanged up. I think Dr Nadia has a narcissistic complex and is not able to correct any of her mistakes not even acknowledge them and her w way of being is becoming the culture of her practice meaning that the assistants and managers are as dismissive as DrNadia Zorapapel. I wish I knew a way to hold Nadia Zorapapel liable and responsible for all this but i don't know how the only thing left to do is to leave a formal complaint with the California dental board and the insurance companies that keep paying for xrays. I gotta accept that it was counter productive to go to this dentist . They should make very clear that they are not specialist and are extremely limited in what they can do. Basically this Dr Nadia has a hammer and that's how she conducts surgeries cause she really can't. I do want to acknowledge that there are a couple very nice ladies in the counter that there are other dentist who seemed more caring and professional and this complain pertains specifically about dr Nadia who is a narcissistic unprofessional dr that does not care about her patients her assistant who cracked my tooth and finally the manager Stephanie who refuse to give me the contact info I asked for the Dr's license number or anything for that matter got on the phone to put me in my place and hang up. There are better places with actual surgeons and better dentist than this butcher. read more

Amazing service! Dr. Nadia was incredibly kind and helped me so much with my filling. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Her assistant, Dr. Kate, was also very friendly and took great care of me. The receptionists, Jatziry and Gigi, were super helpful and kind when scheduling my next appointment. The office is very clean and has a great environment. They even have TVs in every room and let you watch whatever you want, which made it even better. I'll definitely be coming back. Most of the dentists and dentist assistants are unprofessional and rude here. Despite letting them know of my past dentist trauma, they rush through procedures and have 0 empathy for you. They forgot to inform me of important information and would act impatient and clearly bothered, as if it's your fault. They only care about money and it shows. During multiple procedures, they clang the tools on my teeth as if I'm not there, and if you mention anything, you'll be met with attitude. They also said I needed a certain amount of fillings then last minute added another on which was very strange to me and when I mentioned it, they act like I'm stupid but I had the paperwork THEY gave me saying I didn't need the extra one. read more

When I made an appointment about a month ago I clarified that I wanted ORAL SURGEON because my decay is so big my general dentist can't extract. I clarified I had a referral. They knew I wanted oral surgeon. On 4/27 when I went the dental office I also wrote down I had appointment with an oral surgeon. They knew I wanted oral surgeon. After spending 2 hours taking all kinds pictures GENERAL GENERAL dentist came to my room to extract. She told me there was no oral surgeon. They only had a resident major in oral surgeon, who is doing surgery I need to come back another day. I went to the resident asking " are you going to extract?" He said "yes". After waiting another 30 min.. the female general dentist came to me asking me to leave because owner just said not to do anything. I said "don't charge insurance anything I don't need X-ray picture. How can general dentist even attempt to extract with written oral surgeon referral. How can they conduct oral surgery without oral surgeon. THIS IS A FRAUD/Misrepresentation. Had to reschedule a month from now. Service is good. Logistics/Admin need work. My appointment was at 10 am for oral surgery to extract 3 of my wisdom teeth . I don't understand why they scheduled me at a certain time , just to wait a whole 2 hours and 30 minutes later in the lobby . That's insane !! While waiting this time I was able to order food on door dash and even my driver got here quicker . Anyways prepare urself to wait for a long period of time . The extraction was fast , they numb me & I couldn't feel any pressure which was a relief . They are very attentive which is a huge plus . I was quicker out than in . This review is just for the dentist Nadia. Everyone there is nice. I came in for a root canal and was seen by an endotontist. 2nd time was to get my mold done for my crown. That is when I encountered Nadia. All she would do was gossip about the way the endotontist put the temporary cap on. She was extremely aggressive with my tooth that I almost had to stop her and ask, "Are you having a bad day?" Then, I had mentioned to see if she could look at another tooth because the filling had partially come off. Without checking, she kept saying how I needed to go back to my prior dentist or I would have to bring my business there. She said it in such an extremely rude and aggressive way. I declined all this as I wanted to get out of there asap. Today, I had to go back to get my final crown put on. I went in at 10 am, and they put my crown on quickly. The people working there were so nice and made me feel at ease. Then I figured ok not so bad. Let's just do the filling. Nadia went in to try to do the filling with no numbing medicine. Completely insane. I explained so many times how much I was sensitive. Then aggressively she numbed me, came back and tried again and still sensitive. She huffed and looked pissed and then looked like she just added more filling on top of what I originally had really quick. Then, she proceeded to grind down the mess she made. I told her it felt like a huge rock was on my tooth. This made her angry. She kept staring at the other hygienist expecting her to agree with her mean girl gestures. I finally got fed up and told her this was the worst filling I have ever had. She is by far the rudest dentist I have ever encountered. Definitely not happy with her career choice. She does not like it when you disagree with her. There are other dentists that work there. Please go to them. She immediately went to the secretary probably telling her that I can't come back because that was basically what the she said. I am just happy I made it out alive. read more

From the moment I walked in the office it was a complete professional customer service experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and made me feel part of the family. The lobby was spotless and comfortable. Overall good in office experience everyone is nice and friendly. Billing my insurance a whole other case. They over charged my insurance and added procedures I did not get. I called them to let them know. On the phone they said yes it was a mistake and they would clear it up ASAP. Over three months later no changes- still over billed. Had 3 wisdom teeth extracted. Dentist was rough around the edges & fairly insensitive to my concerns. I felt extremely rushed, not taken seriously, & spoken over. He got the job done however & his assistant was extremely kind. I did pass out at the end & was in a lot of discomfort, lightheaded, & unable to walk. The dentist & assistant went on to their next patient & a staff member very rudely ushered me out because they needed the room. Overall, the teeth got extracted. I was in and out in 1 hr & 45 min. Went to get extractions today and had a horrible experience. The Dr never introduced himself so I don't even know his name. I get nervous and uncomfortable at any dentist appointment and this Dr made it 10 times worse. He was very rushed, aggressive and insensitive to patient care. When he numbed me he literally stabbed me and jammed the needle in my mouth about 6 times and pushed the meds in so fast that it burned all the way up my head. I've never been numbed so quick and aggressive before. I'm all for getting things done quickly, but this was definitely not the way to do it. read more

Let me get to the main point of why I'm writing this. Due to this facility's incompetence, I am now at the mercy of fixing their mistakes at a different dentist as a immune compromised individual during covid. Every one of my fillings fell out after only a couple of months and now I have a root canal that my insurance won't pay for and I have to pay out of pocket. I made an appointment with Manager Carmen, very kind and attentive. She helped me with the appointment schedule and with all my questions that I had before and after the appointment. The reason I made the appointment is because I had dropped the crown of my front tooth. Knowing that many clinics are closed by the coronavirus they are there to attend to you in an emergency at the foot of the battle. When I arrived, I filled out the clinic forms and they called me to x-ray, a very professional Miss Youdi spoke Spanish and did many x-rays and photos and even a photo to the palate and tongue. A complete test. Then I waited in another room and Dr. Fernando Caceres arrived, I explained what had happened and he immediately helped me with putting on my crown. They had to do surgery on my gum and put the crown back on with permanent cement and all that process was done in less than 1 hour. Very friendly and professional doctor, he explained everything in detail, and above all helped me feel comfortable, his assistant Leticia id very good and also very friendly. I am very satisfied with the attention and service since I received there, everything was great and now I'm at home resting and with a nice smile. Thanks to Green Dental who helped me and how important it was that the 4 people who treated me spoke Spanish. I got a root canal and crown here. First the front office tried to over charge me more then what my insurance was going to cover and wanted me to sign that I was going to pay. The front office clerks can't stand the office manager Carmen and it shows in the way they all deliver service. The dentist is over booked and rushes through every treatment. After my root canal and the crown, I continued to have pain major pain. The dentist was puzzled and tried to blame me and said it's because you grind your teeth. I don't grind my teeth but the dentist was trying to find a reason to blame me for my tooth hurting. I then saw the endodontist who said he can't do anything for me other then pull my tooth. I am so happy I found a good dental office iv had so many bad experiences. from my first appointment at check In I was greeted with such nice hospitality. The front desk girl is so nice and very com unitive . The X-ray were taking by another very nice lady who was very explanatory on each of her steps. The Dr's and assistant using were great and gentle which is something I was looking for. Lastly I had to go over What I needed done and the cost I went into the managers office (Carmen Alaniz) and she was wonderful great to talk to and she understood where I was coming from during this pandemic going on due to covid . She helped me set up a payment arrangement that I was comfortable with. Claudia really was amazing to get me an appointment right away for two dental abscesses that need extractions. I had spent hours and hours on the phone trying to find a dentist office that would take me during the Coronavirus shut down and could not find any office open. It was pretty stressful and my situation was a bit of a dental emergency. Her office got me in the very next morning. We spoke with her both on the phone and through text. She was super helpful and prompt texting with us outside of normal business hours. Office was very nice. Equipment for the xrays was modern. I am so grateful we found her to help in my situation. I had a root canal from this place in september of 2016 and had to go to the emergency room a day after since my stomach was hurting so much. They diagnosed me with an aneurysm in my celiac artery. I was hospitalized for nearly 3 weeks. Before suing them I thought I would just call them and get my money back of 1100 since the girl working in the front (dont know her name but she is pregnant) was really nice!! but after speaking to the Manager Carmen I think I do need to get my attorney involved. She said she would not give me my money back since the work is done. But I dont have the crown yet but paid for the crown as well!!! For two of my front teeth. Do not go here!!! I called my insurance and they said the office staff is incorrect, and that pre-authorization for routine procedures is not required. The orthodontia consult rubbed me the wrong way, too.
