I love this place! The food is always consistent and great, and the employees are very nice and helpful. I come here all the time, it's my quick health food place of choice. One dumb complaint I have... the coffee is rank. Always. Both kinds. Not as far as freshness, but flavor. I am by no means a coffee snob, I will happily drink gas station coffee. But the brands they have chosen have a strange, sour flavor that I can't get over. It's a bummer for me to get a delicious breakfast and not get coffee with it, or have to go somewhere else for it. The worst customer service ever! Great food if you can get it before it's mushy and cold. Don't call in orders or order online if you want to enjoy your meal. EVERY time I phone order I have to stand in line for 5-20 minutes while the walk-in customer talk about what they want to order causing my food to be mushy. So today I decided to try online as there is not supposed to be a wait for pick up (they have cubbies at the front where anyone can grab your food). When I attempted to place the online order it said there was a 45 minute wait. So I called and asked if that was true and they said they would push the order thru as there was not a 45 minute wait. I get to the store 10 minutes later and let them know I was there to pick up my order to which the cashier said ok, you can grab it. I told him it was not in the cubby and he said ok. 10 minutes lasted I asked him to check on my order again as 5 walk-in orders were already helped and served. At this point he tells me the order is scheduled for the 45 minute pick up time. I told him to cancel it! WHAT A WASTE of my time!!!! read more

This is one of my favorite healthier options/semi fast food restaurant! Its a walk up and order counter but everything is made fresh. So many healthy options like brown rice, veggies, fish, gluten-free and vegan options as well. I have to say my favorite thing to order is the yellow curry stew. It has brown rice, chickpeas, carrots and onions topped with a yellow coconut curry sauce. It's sweet and spicy which is my favorite. I've liked everything I've tried their including the wraps, salads and bowls.They also have a wide variety of flavored brewed iced teas and homemade lemonade's. Didn't really have the best experience coming here for lunch today and it was my first time ever eating here. I came in around 11:30 am and the line was almost out the door. I decided to stay and wait because I really wanted to try their Chicken Ranch Wrap. Only one girl was at the register when there were at least 10 people in line. Why weren't the two cash registers being used?? I had to wait for about 15 minutes just to place my order. I then waited for about 10 minutes to get my to-go order. I totally understand that there was a lunch rush, but that line should not have taken so long. When I got to work to eat my wrap, there was not a single stitch of avocado, which was the one thing thing I really wanted in my food. Especially considering the wrap was over $9 with tax, I think that the avocado should be one of the main things in the specific wrap that I ordered. The food was still good, but I honestly did not enjoy it nearly as much as I would have. It felt a little bland without the avocado, in my opinion. I did not have time to drive all the way back to the store, so I called and the lady who I spoke to was very nice and apologetic. She offered to give me a free entree on my next visit, but the experience was still disappointing nonetheless. ***Edit*** Called here 5 days later to redeem my free entree. My name was not written down even though the girl took my first and last name the first time, specifically. The gentleman was very friendly and gave me my free meal anyways. He was very apologetic, which I appreciate. I got the Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Bowl and while it was delicious, there was absolutely NO avocado...again. The avocado makes the meal in my opinion. I'm not really sure how they completely forget avocado from my meal TWICE when it comes on the meal originally for both of them. Extremely off-putting and makes me not want to return at all. When I called again, the girl was super nice and my interaction with the staff was pretty much the only positive thing about these two experiences. Love how they can accommodate for everyone's dietary needs!! Basically they can make anything on the menu gluten free or dairy free. Also lots of vegan options. My fiend and me shared the Mediterranean chicken bowl and gluten free flatbread with shrimp. They both were awesome. The Mediterranean bowl had a more delicate taste to it (if you'd choose a stronger tasting dish as well, eat this one first or it will be almost blend - whereas in reality it's not blend, just easily overpowered by a stronger taste). The best food it there!!! Not only do they have gf options, but vegan options and very fresh! The flat breads were a try treat the first night, so we ate there three days in a row! Wow. I always drive by this place and the line is huge! Today I drove by at lunch and it was busy but I must've found them at a dead time. So I decided to try it out. My first visit I tried a Mexican style steak bowl, I forget the name but it just was flavorless. I really questioned coming back.. However, I returned and tried the chili verde steak melt and fried green pickles. YUM! I would not call it healthy... it was a fluffy steak fajita stuffed quesadilla (definitely worth the calories).
