A few weeks later, I returned with new requests: patches to be sewn and names to be embroidered on several volunteer shirts and jackets. I volunteer for three different nonprofits, and as Triny and I talked, we quickly discovered our shared love for service and community. Though she didn't do embroidery herself, she referred me to a trusted colleague who completed the job in just 24 hours. I brought the finished shirts and jackets back to Triny, and within two hours, she had all the patches sewn and the items back in my hands, just in time for my next day of volunteer work. Poor communication with the point of contact (a hotel where I stayed) for drop-off, as well as unresponsiveness to me, resulted in items necessary for surgical recovery being stranded on the other side of the country for over a week. Self-righteous unwillingness to admit error upon having this pointed out resulted in a tirade about how much of a favor this guy felt he was performing by simply getting things where they needed to be after the poor communication mentioned above left things in the wrong place. Apparently he was so blinded by said self-righteousness that he was unable to distinguish between the point of contact (again, a hotel with which he deals regularly), and myself, when all of this was pointed out. All I received was hostility and abuse directed at "you guys" - entirely inappropriate as well as inaccurate. In terms of value for money, I can't speak to the quality as I have yet to receive my items. In sum, use this service if you're okay with not interacting with a human. I honestly barely knew what I was doing, but the staff were super helpful, everything worked great, and after about an hour or so I was out of there with a cleaned and dried comforter. It was a nice relaxing time reading a book and waiting for everything to be done, parking was easy, if you're looking for a laundromat, it's a hell of a lot better than the ones I remember when I was younger.

Stretched out button holes, it had become incapable of keeping him snug, cozy. $8 per to tighten them = snug, cozy. I truly would have messed up this repair. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.
