I have to say, I had a great experience with Greener LA and their staff. I called them and scheduled my appointment and they gave me an estimate over the phone. They are always prompt on the timing and Daniela and Mary are the girls who clean my apartment. They are adsolutely amazing. They cleaned in areas I didn´t even know had dust and left my apartment smelling like better than when moved in. Their products are awesome and they have such subtle scents. You can tell they truly care about their customers. If you´re looking for a cleaner to go above and beyond and exceed your expectations then you gotta try them. I´ve used their services on several occasions and always received A+ customer service, and they always show up on time and get it down promptly. Your space will look immaculate. We have been using Greener L.A. for a little over two years, ever since our son was born. Julio has been great to work with; always doing his best to accommodate my schedule and squeezing in my requests for extra cleanings. He's very responsive -- for instance, at one point, the company switched floor cleaning products, and I told Julio I preferred the old one, so my cleaning team immediately switched back. The women who clean our home, Fita and Irma, do a wonderful job and are always willing to take on special requests or extra tasks. Moreover, they are both so great with my young son(who loves them) -- playing with him and letting him "help" them. We look forward to seeing them each time; they are truly lovely people. Being people who work all day, without having much time to clean. I finally called Greener LA and the maids they brought were very thorough, friendly, and worked very hard. You forget how great the house feels and smells once the people who are professionals clean. I bought this house thinking my shower floor was never going get these old stains removed. The maid first tried to use this non toxic green stuff but it didn't work. They asked if I wanted to use janitorial grade material which works better against stubborn stains, always organic, and the results were excellent. I had a feather pillow that ripped and we had feathers *everywhere*. The 2nd one got rid of them all and it looked like a real pain. Oh my God I cannot recommend this company enough. They are flexible, reliable, and beyond that their cleaning skills are off the charts. This is something to move out an apartment that have been occupied all through the pandemic and quarantine and there also was a sick older individual being cared for in there and so it was something I cannot even begin to tackle. I feel like they save me everything. First of all they were super flexible because I had to change the time last minute and they were kind about it. But beyond that when I walked in and I saw the magic that they had created out of a mess. That place was so clean it was shining. I don't even know how they did it. If I could give 10 stars to Greener LA, I would. All their teams are amazing. They are always prompt, friendly, and keep our home in great condition. They certainly have made my life easier, and I appreciate all their hard work. Our dogs leave hair everywhere and it is kinda annoying. But now it doesn't worry me more. It's not obvious we have three dogs now. If you are looking for a good cleaning, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Greener LA is the company to call - rates are decent, but you get what you pay for. Once I hired a 20/hr company and I ended up hiring two companies to get a somewhat OK job with nasty chemicals. I first contacted Greener-LA before my son was born. They were great about getting out and cleaning the house right away for me so that it would be ready for our little guy's arrival. They did a great job on the house and are open to feedback on what they could do better. I love that they are so green, it makes it easy to fall in love with their products and work. The house smells wonderful every time after they are done. Now it feels like Greener LA is part of the reason why this house is in order. Julio and the team are great. We have a two bedroom apartment but really just need our kitchen, bathroom and living room cleaned. They did a wonderful job and it was so nice coming home to a clean place that didn't smell like chemicals. I love Greener Cleaner LA!! They do a thorough job, using all green products - safe for cat and baby - they sometimes create pretty designs with the bedding, towels, and tissue paper.
