I've been here once for before for gel but I've been doing SNS dip at another salon bur wanted to try GFN because of their amazing reviews! Appointment was at 2pm and was checked in so fast, picked out a color and was seated right away. There was a small confusion on who my nail tech was! I wasn't told her name but my nail tech was awesome! I had dip already and it was removed! I had this ONE broken nail that was wayyyy shorter than the rest but my nail teeth worked her magic! She used the dip to build up, basically a fake nail!! I was amazed at how she managed to make that broke short nail, the same length and shape as the rest! 5 stars for her and her service. The color was lighter than I expected it but still like it! Wish there was more blacks color options with subtle sparkles and shimmers! However, I wasn't told there's be a $5 dip removal!!! The place i usually go to doesn't charge for removal so I was just confused as to why I was charged that. Overall, great service and clean salon! read more

I would definitely not recommend coming here. I went for the oxygen pedicure. Within a few days I got a rash on my feet from it. Now a little over a week later the rash has blistered and caused my ankles to swell, making it almost too painful to walk. My big toe also got infected. It has been the most miserable experience. They need to be more on top of cleaning their tools to avoid these bacterial infections in their customers. read more

LOVE this salon! I have been going to this salon over a year. I have been to many others and this one out does them all. I always regret when I go somewhere else. They are that good. Clean, bright store, great colors and styles, and fun atmosphere. Every tech is very talented and has great customer service. They are very organized and on top of things. After one visit (I have been here probably 30 times), my gel polish was chipping. I called and went back the next day and they fixed it at no charge. I have been coming here for over 10 years. They always hands down do the best job. However, lately I am getting a little over the scheduling issue. Anytime, you need a repair they have to pair you with the original person who did it, to ensure it comes out correctly. I do understand that but why they can't have a few back up people who can perform the same level of who you had before? I think it would be much better for personal scheduling purposes. I waited two days to get in and they didn't put with the right person when booking. Also, not to mention, do not arrive 5 mins late or they won't take you but they have no problem making you wait 20 minutes for someone on their end. I have had that happen multiple times, in instances where I am on time. All and all they are a great place but so incredibly busy at times and difficult to get an appt, that they can lack flexibility. read more

Today I had David do a fill and gel polish. He is amazing! David is very meticulous. He explained his process of his craft each step and did not disappoint. I moved from the West side so I tried a few shops and was extremely disappointed. I would drive 1 1/2 hours back to my nail salon. Getting sick of the drive I researched Yelp as well as heard about Greenfields from a friend. It is clean and has a beautiful ambiance. I've been to this Nail salon about four times now. It is so hard to fine consistency and quality customer service at a nail salon. I have no idea why this is always a problem, but it tends to be a trend. Not at Greenfield nails! they offer you water, have phone chargers, they stay up-to-date on what's new in nail trends, their colors are superior compared to any salon in Arizona. I will say, their price point is higher, but I don't mind at all. My nails always look perfect. The gel last me about two weeks, and dip always lasts about 3 to 4 weeks. I have a brittle nails with sensitive skin and I never leave with cuts or sore fingers. Just some advice, call and book an appointment. Getting in on short notice can be tough if you're walking in. They are able to accommodate a lot more people at once than most salons I'd say. They are super popular so I strongly recommend making an appointment before hand. They even have a convenient option to book online! They have lots of gel, sns, and regular polish colors to choose from. Everyone I've personally had, has been super friendly and done a great job. It's a super clean environment and the front staff is super friendly. It might be a little pricer than most places but you get what you pay for. Great place, I missed my first appointment and they took me in that afternoon. I was treated with special treatment I had one lady on hands and a gentleman on feet. Got out in a little over an hour and felt great. These guys were fantastic and I'm going to start going there from now on. Went to Greenfield nails on Friday with my 5 yo daughter and had a great experience! I made an appointment online (through Yelp) and was contacted right away to confirm. The space was clean, big, bright and very comfortable. I got the basic pedicure and manicure and my daughter got a polish change on her hands and toes. All the people that were working were SO friendly and nice. Our services were very good. My manicure (regular, not gel) is still pristine, which I can't believe!! I had them painted Friday at 4pm and they're still perfect Sunday at 6pm. We will definitely go back! read more
