More importantly, we made a reservation through Yelp for Labor Day weekend. However, when we arrived, we were told that the restaurant does not accept reservations during holidays. If that is the restaurant's policy, it should be clearly stated on Yelp and the reservation system should be restricted for those dates. I got the takoyaki, cheese katsu, and pork loin curry don. Takoyaki was pretty filling, crispy, and had a decent amount of octopus bits. The sauce provided good flavor. Cheese katsu looked exactly like the photos. It was super gooey and cheese but still balanced well with the meat. Pork loin for the curry don was cooked perfectly and was super crispy while not being dry. The curry itself was well seasoned but the rice was a bit mushy. But I think this rice style is more typical with Japanese curries so I'll let it slide. My only complaint would be the price so it's a bit pricy for the portions but I think the deluxe sets definitely seem like the move if you want more bang for your buck. With that being said, I would 100% be willing to go back and try the other dishes as well. It's difficult to find a katsu place that knows how to consistently cook katsu well without drying it out
