Great place to rent a car!!! I had to drop my car off at the Toyota dealership to get serviced and they use Green Leaf for their rental cars. I was very happy with the amazing service from Green Leaf! My review is for the greenleaf rental in the body shoppe next to Lake Elsinore Jeep. Joanna is so nice and quick to retrieve the rental cars. I'm a big guy and it's nice that you have Kia Souls to rent. Very roomy and good on gas mileage. I use greenleaf everytime my vehicle is in the shop for lengthy repairs. Mostly warranty work, which is nice that Chrysler pays the bill. The rentals are detailed very nicely and smell fresh inside. I had such a great experience with this rental company... my car broke down and I had to take it to the mechanic shop, they picked me up with my kids in tow and brought me to their office. Their drivers are so nice! When I got to the office they had originally quoted me for $33 a day but then the manager said he would just do $30 a day cause it was an even number lol so I was even more excited cause who doesn't like a discount??? I loved how quickly they got us out cause I was busy trying to take my daughter to her karate class. The very next day when my car was ready, they were even going to drop me off at the mechanics shop to pick up my car. Amazing service and great prices! I highly recommend coming here to rent a car... This was by far my best rental experience. I was getting my car service from Nissan, they had to keep my car for entire day so Alex was able to get me a rental. The young lady was already there from Greenleaf rental agency, I went to their agency. The process of paper work and getting me into my car was no more than 8 min. I came here because my car was in the shop and the dealer sent me here. It is in a small strip mall but the cars are really nice and new. Renting was easy and the customer service was great, especially when returning the car. They will even give you a ride back to the dealer. Late in the day I found out that my car repair wouldn't be finished and I was going to have to rent a car. I called Greenleaf to say that I would get there as soon as I could, but it would be very close to their closing time. There were several people waiting when I arrived. Great car rental place. Great service. Like night and day compared to Enterprise. Here they seem to make sure your needs are met.

Take a picture of your mileage! Long story but basically the dodge dealer said to not worry about the gas when I dropped it off. Since it was 5:15 green leaf closes at 5 he said they'd take it back the next day which I appreciated. Then of course I got charged for gas. This is why I never use the dealer but what I needed done was under warranty. So obviously the rental car now charges me for gas. $27 in a tiny little 4cylinder car I had for 24hours. I drive a Dodge Durango so clearly $27 in a small clown car would clearly go much farther in gas especially when I had only had it for 24 hours. I talk to the manager at green Leaf she said I drove 132 miles. I said no I sure didn't. I drove 20 max as I calculated the 3 places I went in Temecula including green leaf. I almost took a picture of my mileage when I picked it up and left it there and I should have. She took the cost down half but That's not what it's about. Pay attention. Clearly they calculated to take some extra money. She said I used a 1/4 tank of gas. In a 4 cylinder tiny car and they charge $8 a gallon. Obviously all would have been easy if I got gas which again I would have as I always have since I expected to take it back the next day. After Billy at the dealership (who was originally helpful) said "don't worry about it" after I told him I used a little gas in the car,I assumed it was no longer an issue. 132 miles later.... nope! That's just wrong. No problem taking on the charge since the dealership clearly told me don't worry about it when I needed to and the obviously take no blame. But to lie to me and say I drove 132 miles when I drove 20 at the most and you charged me for 132 miles again in a tiny little vehicle and say "well I hope taking down the amount in half helps." It's still wrong. I asked her to not rent out the vehicle again because clearly there's an issue and she said I'll take it into consideration. Aka who cares! So check your mileage and be cautious because I'm sure they will nickel and dime people for little dents and scratches too. Be cautious take your own pictures and watch your mileage of you don't fill it up. read more

This is legit the best rental car company I've ever dealt with. They upgraded my car at no extra charge to give me something very comfortable and clean. Forget hertz and enterprise just come straight here. The customer service is above and beyond and the car condition and value is way better here. It's actually way more affordable to rent from here than the other companies like hertz and enterprise. I wanna give a big shout out to Nicole for taking care of me and making me feel like family. I had a small issue with my insurance and she contacted my adjuster and all the people handling my claim and I never had to worry or call myself. I have used Greenleaf several times and each time I am more than pleased with their cars, pricing and customer service. Most recently I had to rent a vehicle for three months and Greenleaf was most accommodating. I wanted to drive a cross-over vehicle, like the one I own and they were able to rent me a Hyundai Tucson, which was perfect. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained and I had no issues what-so-ever! I frequent the Nissan dealer to get my car serviced and once in awhile I end up leaving in a rental or loaner car. I was able to experience Greenleaf for the first time and learned that they recently contracted with the dealer. If I ever need a rental in this area or where their other locations are, I will definitely give them my business over the larger chains. The entire team was very helpful during my 3-day rental even down to helping me call the dealer for the status of my repair as the dealer advisors were swamped and unable to contact me.
