As we were visiting a relative in Temecula Valley Hospital, and had been given a lift to the area, we desperately needed a car at short notice to get around. I was picked up at the dealership by Lidia (lydia not sure spelling) who immediately set a calm, warm and welcoming tone. Which I am very grateful for as having your car serviced at the dealer can many times be a stressful and unpleasant experience. During the drive, Lidia was very sweet and engaging in small talk which was welcomed. When I got inside we were greater by a man behind the desk who very quickly got my deal put together and had me off on my day in record rental car time! A bug A plus for efficiency there! It's worth me toning that I wasn't too pleased with the rate initially but some quick research granted me the knowing that this place is definitely less than other rental car agencies. Had what could only be described as a serious of unfortunate events on two back-to-back "new"cars. After the first was totaled by a big rig flooding a parking lot just two weeks after we got it, my son bought a second one to replace the first and it was damaged when being delivered. I know, right? Well, Honda Temecula took care of it thanks to a magnificent service lead, Russ. My son needed a rental so sent us here and I will be a loyal customer. They were pleasant, called to confirm the car was ready, offered to pick me up, drop my mom back off at the dealership (she ended up with the rental in return day) and even called the next day to make sure everything with the second new car was OK and thank us for our business....we didn't pay a thing, it was covered by Honda. If you're looking for a rental car agency in Murrieta or Temecula I recommend them and will ONLY go to them from now on. Same prices and hours as the enterprise dealership nearby but service second to none! read more

I've had the pleasure of renting a few cars from this company. Aside from renting to anyone, they help out a local dealership when they no longer have loaner vehicles. My car was having work done on it for about a month ( my warranty company dragged it out, but the dealer was amazing). During that time I had an out of state work trip. Hands down they whole team was amazing. The dealer called and asked them could they take care of me and they did. From the amazing woman that gave me a shuttle ride to the guy and Manager that had the best customer service. I was in and out in no time. When I returned there were no hidden fees. Just turn in my keys, they checked the gas and miles, I was then handed my receipt with a smile and was on my way. I will definitely rent from them again. Amazing team, I'm not good with names. Giving this company even a one is a stretch for me. I was sent over through Hyundai of Temecula to get a car rental while mine was getting fixed and, honestly, I was shocked, that any reputable car dealer would work with such unprofessional people, let alone send their own customers to them. I was treated so terribly by a "manager' named Lydia that I ended up calling her boss to complain. This manager was so unprofessional and her treatment of me was so aggressive, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, let alone do business again with them. Take my advice, go to a car rental agency that will treat you like you matter, you may pay a bit more but, it is worth it. read more

I've driving by this place a couple of times, but from the name i was thinking it was just another sandwich and salad joint. The rent a car part of the sign is a little small. I was picked up by the owner of Greenleaf Renta Car, now that's customer service. Its on the corner of Jefferson and Overland. Besides the owner (i'm sorry i can't remeber his name) there was a customer sevice clerk in the office, she was very helpful and did an excellent job giving me information on the rental contract and the Ford Fista i just rented. I've been a budget rent a car customer for years If your in the Temecula, Carlsbad or Escondido area and you need a rent a car, check this place out. Customer service is spot on. Their employees are quick and efficient and very very very helpful! The establishment had quite a few customers when I arrived but the wait didn't feel like a crucifixion. I was in and out of there pretty quickly for the amount of people waiting ahead of me. Their selection of vehicles were the only let down if I had to say. I had to choose between an electric blue Elantra and a Kia Forte. I chose the later since I'm not ready for that color popping attention. Overall this a great and easy place to rent a vehicle and I'd recommend it to anyone. read more

Took my car to Hyundai. They paid for car from Greenleaf. Little lady there was nice when I received car. Took back 3 days later , and her attitude changed considerably. I work very long days , so on way to returning car , I stopped at sandwich shop. Ate sandwich as I was driving there to drop off car. Apparently a few pieces of lettuce fell , and you could smell sandwich I ate. In office she went out to check car. She came back and said there was food in car , and she could smell it. Said I would be charged $100.00 cleaning fee. I said like hell I will. Went outside and had some words with I'm assuming was her manager. He looked at car,and said he could smell sandwich that I ate. He said he didn't know why she was trying to change me $100.00 ,normally it would have been $50.00 , but he would waive any charges. I could understand if I had been smoking, but come on...eating a sandwich. Never again will I do business with this place ,and I recommend you don't either. read more

A man (not gentle at all) who was suppose to help a customer this morning with her rental was very rUde and did not at all means try to help her. Instead he made the customer feel like she had no other options even if she goes to another car rental company. To whom it may concern, If you can't give a customer your business, you didn't have to treat a person the way you did. Please don't be rude. Not a fan!!! I always rent from Hertz! They are understaffed, but so much nicer and helpful!!! However, the car dealership is paying for my rental as my car gets fixed. I was returning a Rental to Hertz and saw that Green leaf was right down the street, so I called and spoke with a young lady can't remember her name but it starts with an A, and said I was down the street could I come by and pick up my rental? She said I was second on the list and wasn't sure when the car would be ready. I did try and push for a little more information, will it be ready later this afternoon tomorrow a couple of days how long does she think it may be? "I don't know" was her answer. Then I mentioned that I had only one request, the trunk needed to be big enough to fit a collapsible wheelchair as my daughter is special needs and uses a wheelchair! She said "I can't guarantee that" I told her that I had spoken to the dealership about this and they said that was fine! She said well unless I hear from them specifically I can't guarantee that you'll get a car that will fit a wheelchair! I said "look, I'm not asking for a luxury car! It fits in my My old 2004 Chevy Malibu hatchback!" After going back and forth I just hung up. I called the dealership apparently they got it worked out because as soon as I got home, she called and said your car is ready! (I had just taken an Uber home!) So when I got there the same young lady at the counter asked how she could help me, I told her my name and said I was here to pick up my rental! Without looking up she says "License, credit card and proof of insurance" What??? First off the dealership is paying for the car so why do you need my credit card? ( They need to put $50.00 hold) And proof of insurance?? "I don't think I have proof of insurance with me it's in the car in the shop!!!" She was just extremely rude! I've been renting from Hertz for 2 months (off and on) as my old car broke down and then my new car! Ugh. But was NEVER asked for proof of insurance! I said "you know you should have told me this on the phone because I just ubered here and I'm not going to Uber back home looking for the insurance card or to the shop to search in the glove compartment for it!" She says nothing! I said again how they should tell people BEFORE they come in and she said "oh yes, I know" Anyway ... I pretty much just dump my backpack out on that her desk and looked for it! (Not my proudest moment) By the grace of God, I actually had a copy because I just got in the mail about 2 days ago for my new car and threw it in my backpack! Whew!!! Anyway. These girls are very young and VERY RUDE!!! I will never use them again. I am very grateful that the dealership is paying for my rental, but this car rental place is horrible!!! read more

So we go turn in our rental in Temecula and the blonde girl in a ponytail with glasses was the rudest person ever. We asked for rates on other vehicles and her response was it was too expensive for me to rent . As if her opinion of me affording it mattered. I was referred to Greenleaf by my car dealership because my car needed service and they were out of their loaners. The shuttle staff was quick to pick us up and very pleasant. Once we arrived at the rental car facility our experience changed. We were offered a car that would not accommodate all of my passengers and luggage we had in tow so I requested a different car. The staff then said out loud and in front of other customers "I'll have to call and confirm their information, I don't even know if they're going to bring the car back!" I was so appalled at her comments. Once at the counter her attitude was extremely short and rude. If it wasn't for the referral and my car being in the shop I would have quickly left and rented from another center! read more

The people that work there are SUPER nice. Problem is you cant return your car on the weekend. Their website says they are open on Saturdays but closed on Sundays. Truth being they are completely closed on the weekend so be prepared. Sometimes people dont know how long they need the car and dont want to pay for extra days if they dont need it.
