From our initial call to the final clean-up every single person on the team was simply fantastic. A burst water pipe led to 8 months of reconstruction at my downtown Redmond home. Out of the many companies I worked with throughout the process, my experience at Greentop was the best. I wanted two mini splits to even out the temperature differences across 4 floors in our townhome. With our single AC unit, our top floor could reach over 80ºF while our bottom floor would often fall below 64ºF during the summer despite having two HVAC returns and a fairly well planned ducting system. Vlad was an excellent and prompt communicator who provided a fast, competitive estimate. In the 3-4 months that passed before we could install, prices had risen but Vlad when out of his way to honor the original quote, even during busy winter months. Igor's team was competent, friendly, and fast. They were very careful around the newly installed carpets, which I am grateful for. I didn't know exactly where the top floor split should be installed, but they were flexible and clearly laid out the pros and cons of each location. They ended up installing through the small furnace closet to avoid wrapping exterior conduit around the roof edge and gutter! Alex, Vovchik, and Igor were a pleasure to work with. GreenTop installed a high efficiency furnace for us in November. That has worked really well and we're very happy with it. I remember the two technicians that came out (in addition to the office staff I talked to) gave me a lot of confidence that the job was going to be done right, and our experience confirms that! They do a great job. Recently, we had trouble getting our AC to turn on, so we called GreenTop to diagnose the issue. Once again, the office staff were great to work with and got us scheduled quickly. Ruslan L came out and was very thorough in his diagnostic process. He eventually determined it was an issue with the thermostat not sending the signal and, on closer inspection, noticed a bent pin. Turns out I had not been careful enough reinstalling the face of the thermostat when I changed batteries. He straightened the pin and it's all working again which is great! My heater is 20 years old, they came out, diagnosed the issue which was a heating element- got the part , returned and replaced it. I have worked with Andres with our previous house so I knew GreenTop would be the first company I would contact for our new house. Our new house already had a 2 zone mini-split but we needed 2 additional heads installed for other bedrooms. Andres was quick to come out for assess our house and existing outdoor condenser unit. He recommended upgrading the existing outdoor condenser to a four zone condenser then add 2 additional heads to the 2 already installed. My wife was concerned about the line hide looking like an eyesore with our new house but Andres' suggested certain runs to minimize the aesthetic impact on the exterior. We received a detailed quote later that afternoon which was competitive with the 3 other companies we were working with. The install team was able to come out 3 days later and completed the job the same day. Alex and Egor (sp?) were friendly, attentive to our specific needs and cleaned up as they worked. GreenTop did such a great job I recommended them to our neighbor who also had 2 additional mini split heads installed to their existing system a few weeks later! read more

I wish they would have come to give me a bid or at least called or messaged me to let me know they wouldn't be here but we found other good contractors so are fine. Holy Cow!! GreenTop has been an amazing find! Our 10 year-old Lennox Heat Pump decided to burn out a component and when the company that installed the pump found the part, they also found that it was out of coolant, but couldn't find the leak until June 28th (this review is being written on the 27th). Called a different HVAC company that was more timely and able to get someone to find the leak, but due to the location of the leak and the age of the equipment, they advised that it would be best to replace the equipment. That company was able to get us an estimate that night for comparable equipment, but we wanted additional estimates. Other companies couldn't even get us an estimate until mid-July or even into August. I found GreenTop via an online search and gave them a call, and they sent out Vlad on June 24th. Vlad looked at what he needed to look at for exactly what we were asking for and said he should have an estimate to us Monday, the 27th. At 9PM on Friday night, I received the bid from GreenTop, but said that we could have the install of the new system in the first couple of weeks of July (before others could get us an estimate). I'll admit, the cost was a bit higher than the other company we had give us one, but it was also better equipment (14 SEER Single Stage vs. 20 SEER Variable). I know GreenTop is closed on the weekends, but I tried to start communicating with Vlad and Coco on Saturday to see what we could do to move forward, not expecting a reply from either, but I got replies from both! And here's the kicker, they told me that they could install Monday or Wednesday of the upcoming week. When I asked Coco if Monday meant 6/27 or 7/4, she replied the 27th! Needless to say, we decided to pay a bit more for better equipment and an earlier install. Fast forward to today (the 27th), and Ruslan and his partner were here early, and after being told it would take 8 hours, it was finished after about 6 hours, and our house is starting to cool down. All the work that Ruslan did looks great! We went from looking at a month and a half without cooling to installed before anyone else could give us an estimate! Thank you GreenTop!! After researching and getting four estimates, I chose GreenTop Heating and Cooling to install four Mitsubishi mini split units in a my condo. Andres provided the estimate and support during the whole project, was a pleasure to work with and attended to all the requirements of the HOA, including delivery of the materials several days before so I could paint them to match the exterior. Vladimir, Yuri, and Alex installed the units and took care to clean up daily and work around my tenants who worked from home. Due to faulty wiring our heat would no longer turn on. Since GreenTop installed our furnace last year we naturally called them. Once again I was so happy with them! I am super happy with the installation of my heat pump/air handler. It works. The installation of different tubes, wires, etc. is carefully thought through and neat. Overall, GreenTop team is friendly, reliable, and are quick to provide feedback on any questions or comments. There have been a few times where I would have to take the initiative to ask them to handle routine tasks such as inspection scheduling. The initial estimation appointment was not very educational on my options, installation, etc., which almost led me to pick another company to do the job.
