I have to say I was disappointing with their service and lack of solutions from the tech to the owner. We had a clog sink in a temporary place we are staying at into we move into our hose and we have a 1 year old and need to have the sink working. So I saw there add and coupon and the add said family owned and been around for 50 years. Well the tech came in and told my wife he couldn't unplug the drain with a snake and that he would have to make a hole in the wall to fix it and that would be about 500$ to do it. No other solution was offered or done. He charged us 125$ for coming and telling us he couldn't solve the problem. I called another recommended plumber and he fix the issue with a shark and unscrewing one of the pipes. 50$ for that. I called Greenwall to hear what the story was on their side because it sounded like they were hustling my wife for more money. The owner said that he believes in what his tech said and that he can understand why I'm upset but didn't offer any solution and joked around with paying the bill for the other plumber. We got our money back but was unprofessional on how he defused the situation and more importantly as a business owner he should have gave me my money back and offered a free service next time to try and win my business back if he cared about his perception because I would have not written this review if he did I wouldn't recommend their service! read more

Total rip-off company. Charging $150 an hour for very small repairs in the lavatory sink. In addition, they significantly mark-up the material they use (compared to prices at Lowe's). Finally, the lady who owns the shop kept interrupting me when I asked explanations about the charges and was extremely argumentative. I will NEVER use them again and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. There are other much much better quality choices in terms of prices, service and customer friendliness in San Clemente/Dana Point, such as Doheny for example. read more

Horrible, such a rip off! In San Clemente, beware, they are not the old Greenwall, they were sold and have been taken over by people who cut corners. I had to spend alot more $$$$ to correct what they messed up, including damaging my hardwood floor after the dishwasher they broke leaked, and they knew they broke it, didn't have the decency to tell me before I washed dishes. It was made worse when they refused to correct, and pay for the damage. read more

Way over priced and when confronted about extra trip charges, etc the owner became spiteful and did not refund the correct amount. There are more ethical and reasonable plumbers to try in San Clemente. read more

We have had nothing but great experiences with Greenwall Plumbing. We have used them on several occasions. The most recent was when they installed a Noritz water heater for us. I shopped around for prices and was pleasantly suprised to find that they were cheaper than anyone in town. The plumber that was sent to my home for the job was not only professional, but really nice. I will always give my plumbing business to Greenwall. read more

Called in @ 8:00 am to get someone to come out and fix our air conditioner and Greenwall sent out a repair man same day and had our air conditioning running with in 30 minutes. The repair man even came out @ 7:45 at night so that my family and I could have air conditioning that night.....AMAZING would refer them to anyone in NEED of a professional and reliable company. read more

Totally ripped off by this company. $325 to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and valves and it doesn't even work right. All the technician (Ryan) could say was that it was the best it was going to be and the price was set by the owner, Tom. I asked to have Tom call me but he has not. On Christmas Eve my Maine broke, I made the mistake of calling Greenwall Plumbing, but before I call them I turn off the city water that comes into the house. Than I started digging found the problem pin point the plumber to the exact place him and his partner spent about 25to 30 minutes, after 30 minuets he hand me a bill for $243.32 cents than I ask him.How do you got to $243.32 Since I did all the work than he replied well you saved a lot of money by doing all the hard work your self. The Greenwall team is absolutely incompetent. This review is a long time coming. Our development had a water leak that was collecting in a common area. Our HOA management company recommended Greenwall since they advertise as being "leak detection experts". After the initial consult, they sent obviously inexperienced workers with heavy equipment intent on digging where the water was collecting. We were relying on the "leak detection experts" but, once the driveway was dug up we asked if they checked the irrigation beds situated on HIGHER GROUND. The deer in the headlight look was priceless. They had no answer and promptly left, leaving the rented equipment on the street for several weeks. We were stuck with a bill of thousands of dollars and still the leak persisted. After our gardener examined the irrigation system and ultimately discovered the leak, we then had to hire an asphalt team to fill the giant hole left by Greenwall. It was also great to hear from the owner that it's really easy to be a Monday morning quarterback. Highly ethical guy and highly competent team. Still beyond me why we didn't sue these people. read more

Greenwall Plumbing is outstanding! Our town house shares a sewer line with three other attached homes. We contacted the other three owners, gained authorization to repair a portion of the shared line, and called Greenwall. Two of the other homes are rentals. Coordinating several days of work (which entailed asking all four homes' occupants to stop water and toilet usage while the sewer line was repaired and lined) was a logistical nightmare! Greenwall kept us constantly informed of arrival times, work time estimates, etc. Our neighbors appreciated the updates and all of us made it through the project with as little inconvenience as possible due to the circumstances. Greenwall Plumbing's staff made sure that the job was done correctly and they stuck to their estimate despite having to conduct some extensive work that popped up unexpectently due to some rather unusual plumbing work that was discovered at one of the other homes. What a relief for all of us knowing that our shared sewer is repaired and should stand the test of time! Thank you to all of the staff at Greenwall! read more
