One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair. I scheduled an appointment for today and he showed up and had everything done pretty fast. His work is great and for a great price. I'm super happy with his workmanship. I called and was really impressed that Greg himself came out on a Sunday no less to look at the scope of work I'm looking to have done. He seemed thorough and knowledgeable. He told me he'd have the bid to me that night or the following day (monday ). Monday night I te,t him asking if he had got to the bid. He replied that he hadn't, but he'd be in the office all day tomorrow (Tuesday ). He'd get it to me then. Tuesday night comes still no bid. I let him know wanted the bid if the price was right, I'd like to get started. He messaged me back letting me know he was going on vacation, and wasn't going to take any new jobs till after next week Wednesday (1.13.16) & asked if that would work for me. I let him know that everything depends on the bids. He said " I promise I will have it to you tomorrow " & apologized for the delay. Today (Wednesday ) 11pm still no bid. Honestly at this point, even if it was the best bid I got, I'm going elsewhere. What can the quality of work and work ethic be if you fail 3 times to even bid the job. If this is how they conduct themselves. I have no idea how they have a 5 star rating on here. read more

A shout out and a thank you to Greg of Greg's Electric. We lost power in our family room (took down the TV, outlets and our wi-fi). The electrical panel didn't clearly show that a breaker was tripped. I went online looking for a local electrician and called Greg's Electric. Spoke with Greg, told him what happened, and he said he could save me money by telling me how to fix it myself. He said if his suggestion didn't resolve our issue to call him back and he'd come out to repair. He gave an easy fix, and it worked. Thank you, Greg! I appreciate your honesty and integrity. I needed Greg to install a fan brace and a light fixture in my kitchen area. This job involved opening my ceiling drywall to install the braces between the joists and reroute the electrical wires. To me, it wasn't an easy task, but Greg completed this task with ease and no issues. Greg showed up on time, he's very friendly, extremely easy to work with, and very professional. I contacted Greg's Electric to fix two light fixtures. He was very responsive and came out the same day to give me an quote. The quote was very good. I asked him about additional work I had and he gave me a good quote for the entire project of installing 15 LED light fixtures and repairing a bathroom light fixture. He came back two days later and performed all of the work. He cleaned up as he went along and was very nice. I have another smaller project that I am going to have him do. I had a problem in my bathroom lighting fixture and had no power. My circuit breaker kept popping and would not stay on. I called Greg one early morning to see if he could help me out and even though he was all booked up he said let me see what I could do. He asked me to described my problem and send him a few pictures, he diagnosed the problem and walked me through on how to fix it myself. His price was so reasonable that I ended up not only doing the work but adding more stuff to get done. He showed up the next day on time and promptly got to work. John also asked us to setup our final city permit inspection ahead of time then demanded over $2700+ for our relatively simple electrical work days before the inspection. In disgust toward John's extortion attempt, we hired another electrician to do the work instead who only charged $450 for everything. We reported John/Peak Electrical to the CSLB for malpractice. They have warned Peak Electrical that there will be "more severe administrative action" if further reports are received. Our complaint number with CSLB is NA2020011489 as reference.
