Loved the lobster roll so much that suggested this place for another lunch meeting. I ordered it again but this time with truffle fries. My friend had the tuna melt with salad and another the French dip with truffle fries. A beet salad and a dish I can't remember rounded us off. My lobster roll and truffle fries were fantastic. So good. Need another. The French dip didn't live up to her standards as the meat she felt was more suited to taco meat and not a French dip. She did like the truffle fries. Everyone liked the truffle fries. A winner. The beet salad looked good. Her tuna melt was fine. Ona, our server, was nice. Quiet lunch, not many people at the restaurant.

Same pan seared halibut with a creamy white veloute from 8/22/25 and this was actually tasty

I dine here when I come through to Denver on business. Pros: located on the ground floor of the Westin Hotel. It's convenient and the ambiance is bright and airy. The menu is varied and there is a nice wine list with some cocktails offered. Cons: it wouldn't hurt for the servers to crack a smile and exude better customer service skills, especially the older, short blond haired female server. Most of the time I come in, she looks half constipated and angry. Relax. Smile. Be approachable. Put in the effort to have a conversation. She is NOT friendly in the slightest. How she works with the general public boggles my mind. A glass of wine ranges from $16-21; a smoked old fashioned is $24. Quite overpriced. You could buy a bottle of the same wine for a lot less than what they charge you for a glass. The pan seared halibut I had just 2 weeks ago (8/22/25) was absolutely delicious. Light, delicate, and the veloute was flavorful. I decided to have the same dish again today (9/5/25). Unfortunately, the veloute was dark yellow in color compared to a creamy white from two weeks prior. The flavor of the sauce was lacking. The fish, though cooked perfectly, lacked actual seasoning. I had to add black pepper, salt, and even went so far as to ask for a side of chimichurri. For $45, I expected BETTER. And what I really expected was the same wonderful flavors I experienced from two weeks ago. It's the same dish for the same price. Why did the sauce change, and why was it BLAND?! The chefs need to taste prior to sending dishes out and keep things consistent. Today's halibut was disappointing.

    Juicy halibut.

Not sure why people complain. Maybe when they are busy service drops. The travel industry is brutal. You just can't staff for the masses without being over staffed 80% of the time. I had a 5 star gourmet American meal. Halibut. Juicy. Tangy sauce Fantastic. ( I commercial fished and am a fish snob) The wine menu included greats like the Justin winery. I felt welcome and fed gourmet. I prefer a more cozy less open atmosphere. But that's not worth bitching about. Great place for a date. Treat yourself when traveling. Dont cheap out. Stay here. Eat well Travel fed.

The potatoes are excellent. I got the breakfast sandwich. The tomato pesto sounded delicious..... Ok so the sandwich itself is HUGE! I do not taste any pesto (maybe they forgot it) The bacon is crispy the way I like it but it does taste old. It's definitely not fresh bacon. The did stop serving breakfast at 11 am and I showed up and ordered at 10:51 am. So I'm sure I just got the back end of breakfast. The sandwich was good. I can only imagine if I had gone earlier it would be really fresh and alot better. Disappointed I didn't get the pesto on it.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled but luckily for us we found this great spot for dinner. We were instantly greeted by the host and seated right away. He was very welcoming and no judgment as we came in with the clothes we wore for the flight which is not the most upscale. Our waiter Brian, greeted us and made some recommendations. We decided on the G&V Brussel Sprouts, Caesar salad, and the Steak Pomme. Brian was kind enough to parse out our meal. The Caesar salad was larger than you would expect and was not overly dressed. Very flavorful for a salad. The Brussel Sprouts were very good, and had just the right amount of bite to them, but also perfect seasoning. The main course was Steak Pomme and it was cooked to the perfect temp we requested of Medium Rare. The steak was lightly seasoned which allowed the flavor of the meat to come through. It was paired with a Chimichurri sauce to dip in and laid on top of the outstanding horseradish mouse cheese sauce. I was very impressed with our meal as usually hotel dinners our subpar and not flavorful, but the chef and team at Grill and Vine knocked it out of the park.

Forget about Snooze, Grill & Vine is a better brunch spot! The one we visited is inside the Westin by the Denver International Airport and there was hardly any wait. So with the line and wait time so long at Snooze, I could've driven here, be seated and be finished before my table is ready at Snooze. Lol, while that's not realistic, you get my feeling. And what's not to like about the vibes? Grill & Vine here has gotten a great view of the airport canopy and depending on where you're seated, as in my case, the mirror on my back not only lists their other locations but reflects Pena Blvd that I'm sure if this was summer time, it'd be all green. I adored my Savory Crepe dish, it had so much stuffing the thinness of the crepe is accentuated thus make it melt in the mouth. This is a meal for two (either two people or two meals!) Hubby said his Denver omelet was good too but there was nothing that could've come between me and my crepes.

Platinum and up members get $25 per person towards breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, for up to $50 for two guests or more. Entrees are between $20-$25 and include pancake, egg, waffle, avocado toast, coffee and tea included for platinum, but not juice. We tried the kale smoothie and hibiscus lemonade and did not care for them. I thought that the food had nice presentation but it was not especially flavorful. Staff was nice. We are not big breakfast eaters and we got to go boxes to take the food with us on the flight. You can tip using your room number.

Let me start off and say the food was good however the service was the worse. We got seated okay the problems started. there is five of us and we ordered cocktails they brought 2 over 5 minutes later they brought 2 more and we waited again for the last one. We ordered dinner and again 2 dinners came out we waited over 5 minutes and 2 more came out. Our waiter walked past and said what about my dinner his reply was oh yes I will go get it. I get it airport hotel. I can say for sure will eat there again

Oh, don't forget the desert. Here the Italian Lemon Chiffon Cake. Pretty and yummy!

Sitting at the bar at the Grill & Vine is always a pleasure. Craft cocktails and extensive wine list. The dinner menu is excellent. I just enjoyed the Wednesday special: scallops with mashed potatoes. Perfectly broiled and finished with a delicious chipotle sauce. Complements to the chef!! If you get stuck at DIA for weather delays, the Westin on the field is first class. I always look forward to staying here and enjoying a meal at the Grill & Vine! Their Breakfast is always a perfect way to start the day. What a wonderful place. Best "airport restaurant" and hotel in the country!!

We had an early flight out of Denver in the morning and decided to eat here for the first time. I had the beef braised tacos, my husband had a bacon burger, and our daughter had the buffalo chicken wings. My husband opted for a beer, while I had a Cosmo martini. Everything was excellent. Service was prompt and great atmosphere.

Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and kindly answered our questions about various dishes. Food came out fast, and several staff members passed by to ask us how everything was tasting. I started off with a strawberry lemonade and it was incredibly refreshing on a hot day. The charcuterie was delicious and we enjoyed every bit of it. Fruits were sweet and the pickled vegetables were especially good. Grilled cheese and tomato soup were very good, although I've had better elsewhere - Beechers in Seattle and tomato soup in Iceland, but I know that's not a fair comparison. For dessert, we ordered bread pudding, it was yummy and the perfect end to our meal. The ambience was nice and not too loud inside. Wish I was local, so I can dine here more often. Maybe it was just an off day, but for our first visit, it didn't quite live up to the hype.

The atmosphere is definitely upscale and makes for a great spot when you're looking for a special night out. Service was attentive throughout the meal, and the drinks were well done. I went with an espresso martini, which was excellent. We started with the pork belly appetizer, which was just okay, but the rest of the meal was much stronger. Things quickly turned around with the lobster bisque and Chilean sea bass. Both were excellent and were easily the highlights of the meal for me. The sides are served à la carte and meant for sharing, which worked well for our group. This is certainly not a cheap meal, but the quality, service, and atmosphere help justify the price. As a bonus, they also offer a kids menu, which was nice for families. Our kids were perfectly happy with the chicken tenders. I dined here recently for a bougie meal with a few work colleagues. It's an upscale restaurant, an homage to the steakhouses of yesteryear, yet modern and refined. For a Monday night the place was popping! Being with other colleagues, I was comfortable having a few others make the decisions. We landed on oysters as an appetizer and these were great. Being landlocked we always get the eye roll when they say the oysters are fresh...to their credit, they brought us a nice selection of East Coast and West Coast oysters that I found to be quite tasty! One of the best parts of dining at Old Hickory is their bread and butter. Like woah, it shouldn't be this good! Soft rolls and decadent butter, it's tough to beat a tried and true combination like this. Sides are a la carte like most steakhouses, maybe one day they'll change this! We ordered a few for the table. These were lacking in my humble opinion, the potatoes and brussels were just okay. They do provide a nice sized portion, and a single side can feed 2-3 people. Back to the good, a colleague and I shared the 24 oz. Bone In Ribeye. Now we're talking!!! This was cooked to a lovely medium rare, and loaded with flavor. Ribeyes are obviously one of the superior cuts of meat for a reason, this was buttery, rich, and damn delicious. I was stuffed, but we tried two desserts. I only had a bite of each, and these were presented beautifully and both great. I have to give a shoutout to our server, who took great care of us, made wine recommendations, and seemed genuinely happy to be taking care of us. Prices are very high, but the service exceeds expectations. If you're looking to ball out, Old Hickory delivers!
