Honestly the food is what you would expect in a high-end "chefy" restaurant - it was that well prepared with special spices. The vibe of this restaurant is very casual, with ceiling exposed with exhaust pipe running across. Seating is tight, especially for 2 people. Though the food is outstanding, we wouldn't bring out of town guests here who want to get a Naples experience. It would be great take-out however. They opened up a takeout counter since we were here last. Good idea. It was crowded the night we came, and have always been in prior years we have dined here. In future, we may just take-out if we can't get a table. The prices are reasonable. If they upgraded their dining decor, they could probably charge more. However, I don't think they are trying to compete with the 5th Avenue restaurants. For the most part, service was very good. Sophia was our waitress and she was exceptional. One of the waiters gave us a detailed explanation of each of the mezzes. The lady at the front desk reception was professional but not friendly. She sat us in a small 2 seater when there were open 4 tops. From a business perspective, I understand that they wanted to keep it open for guests with larger numbers than a couple. Still, this place exceeded my expectations! Although the place looks unassuming, the service was friendly and the food was phenomenal.
