To make matters worse, they added a 20% gratuity charge--something we usually tip pretty well even though service is too bad to tip. But I don't expect to tip 20％ to this horrible service. We really enjoy the food here, but unfortunately, due to the experience, we don't think we'll be returning.

This guy wanted to be anywhere else but at our table. We did eat the first bread basket and had to ask him four times for a second basket, which came out so late that it was a waste. Regarding that second bread basket, everything in it was fresh. There was one guy walking around who looked like a manager and looked like he just finished a round at Cherry Valley. Maybe he was a manager, but he never came over to our table either because had he I would have informed him. He just walked into the dining room every 16 minutes to give the managerial look and go back to doing Lord knows what. Anyway, another good restaurant where the back of the house is outstanding and the front of the house needs to get their act together. My brother said they would not come back, but the food was very good and so was the atmosphere. Can't say definitely but I might give it another shot.

I work in the area and over the past few years have exhausted almost all my options around. Needless to say I was thrilled when Grill Mark opened up and I had something new to add into the routine. The chicken sticks are always delicious and soft, I love their sides (try the sweet potato fries). I love the different dressings they have for the salad. The honey vinaigrette and cilantro ranch are delicious. It's nice to find a place in the area I can have what I consider to be a very healthy take-out option I can munch on for lunch. Very filling, the platters come with a large amount of food. The only gripe I've had with this place so far is the cardboard boxes they put your food in for take-out. They have a plastic type of lining on the inside that retains moisture. It causes things to get a bit soggy if you wait to long. Everything's still delicious, just make sure you get it open fast if you don't like moisture on your food. read more

Had the pleasure of attending a Yelp event at this venue and had a great experience! The staff was fantastic--especially Nick, who I think might be the owner. The turkey burgers were surprisingly juicy, and the sweet potato fries were a definite highlight. The steak kabobs were cooked to perfection--tender and flavorful. Mixed reviews, the good is good but you don't get a lot of it on the plate. The prices are a little high for what you get, the chicken stick is very small but very tasty. The portion sizes need to be bigger for the amount of money being spent.
