It was warm (probably from sitting on the bar, waiting to be picked up for half an hour) and nowhere near as tasty as the first one. (You can let go of the first thought.) Back to the food... My Boneless Ribeye was boneless and also flavorless, except for the salt they had sprinkled on. The whipped potatoes were OK. The Jumbo Asparagus was asparagus and anything but jumbo. When the check finally arrived, we had to send it back (probably should have done that with much of what had been brought to our table during the meal) because they wanted to charge us for the appetizers that the manager said were "on him." No other Viet Cajun (even in Houston or wherever) comes close to the depth and complexity of the Hot N Juicy Special sauce. For now, the winning move is to order a some sausage in a cup with Hot N Juicy Special medium sauce w/extra garlic TO GO, and sautée it with a bag of defrosted Costco head-on 16-20 count shrimp, or a few dozen live Cherrystone clams from HMart.
