    Small mediterranean salad added chicken
    Donitta P.

Wow I had the mediterranean salad. I've had it many times, but it was a stand out today. I was talking to the waiter and he said they fresh cut the vegetables every morning and you can taste it the tomatoes the cucumbers all the vegetables were just fresh and they tasted so good. The chicken I added was delicious slightly smoky perfectly cooked husband enjoyed his pizza . This is our first time at the Plano location. The salad was just delicious and the amount of dressing was perfect . I noticed the cook had his hair tied back his appearance was professional and clean . Everything was so clean waiter couldn't have been nicer . Great meal , great waiter great service.

This was my first time trying this location. I wasn't happy with the experience. I am not impressed with this location. I am not impressed with the pizza. I am not impressed with the quality. I am not impressed with the Sangria. I am not impressed with the service. Food was ok part of my pizza was burnt. Berry Sangria wasn't very berry. Customer Service was lacking it was so lack luster. It was truly disappointing and made me sad. Thank goodness I know Grimaldi' s can do better. I won't be coming back here. Please improve on service and friendliness and QUALITY. I will stick to Dallas or Allen.

Let me start by saying I'm not a fully committed Grimaldi's fan. To me the pizza is never great. Today's was a miss but,I think it's more a personal preference. There are a lot of people that like Grimaldi's. I do like their Cesear Salad. It's always good and today's was delicious even after a ride home delay. Not wanting to hang out with the holiday mobs,I got a small white Pizza to go with pepperoni, sausage and meatballs. Something about the way they slice their meat toppings doesn't appeal to me. I usually don't get desert here but took a slice of cheesecake to go. Again, average. I think Grimaldi's is a personal preference kind of place. Not for me but you may like it. For the prices I just expect a more ,Wow type pizza experience.

Had a great experience yesterday. My daughter wanted pizza and we were close to this location so we went in.Kasey K was flawless. Hospitality like I hadn't had in a long time anywhere. Very personable We had a simple 12-in pizza and the bruschetta trio pictured Even had the happy hour pricing on the bruschetta Typical design of an Italian restaurant but cozy I've had some good experiences and some bad experiences at this location, but this was the best experience. Mostly because of the above mentioned Kasey.

Grimaldi's is our favorite spot for pizza. Thin crust with a slight crunch. Usually a 9/10...not a 10 due to the lack of toppings every.single.time, but the flavor is there! For an almost $30 pizza I expect those toppings to be falling off the pizzas!

Went out for a Friday Pizza night at Grimaldi's. From the moment we entered the staff took great care of us, with them even bringing my 3 year old son a piece of dough. The atmosphere was perfect for a family that captured that classic nostalgia pizza vibe. The pizza was amazing we started off getting a large margarita and pepperoni and hot honey pizza. The pizza was very good, with the sauce having a lot of flavor to it, and the pepperoni with the hot honey was some of the best tasting pepperoni I've had, the dough was good, with my only comment that being that it could be a bit crispier, but it still had that perfect char, that all the classic pizza's have. My family of 5 devoured the 2 pizzas and we immediately asked for another pepperoni with hot honey, which only lasted a couple minutes before we ate that all up. Our waitress was amazing making sure our drinks were refilled and making sure we were having a great experience. This will definitely be a spot in the rotation for Pizza nights going forward!

I came here once for takeout and wondered how it would taste fresh out the oven for a dine in experience. The pizza tasted even better. I highly recommend the Don Pizza. The peach mocktail was also delicious. Service was quick and friendly.

I picked the wrong night to eat here. They were having computer issues and out of mushrooms. The pizza took a long time to get and it was burnt. I gave an extra star because our server was great

There's something about Grimaldi's that makes you feel like you've stepped into the kind of East Coast pizzeria where folding your slice is a sign of respect--and flavor. We came in for the Slices ASAP lunch special and left full, happy, and humming Sinatra. The "giant" slice wasn't as giant as I imagined, but it was surprisingly filling--thin, coal-fired, and kissed with just the right amount of char on the crust. I went classic with pepperoni and added roasted red peppers. The oil was real (as it should be), but fold your slice and let it drip--it's all part of the experience. The Caesar salad was fresh, chilled, and dressed in just the right amount of creamy, tangy dressing. The parmesan shavings were generous, and I appreciated that they didn't over-saturate the greens. The vibe? Spotless dining area, red-checkered tablecloths, good music, and fantastic service. Our server was quick, kind, and attentive without hovering. The whole place reminded me of my years in Staten Island--surrounded by true Italian charm, where even mobsters knew a good slice when they tasted one. Dessert sealed the deal. We tried the trio sampler--New York cheesecake, tiramisu, and a cannoli. Each one held its own, but the tiramisu stole the spotlight. If you're a tiramisu lover like me, skip the sampler and go all in. You'll only be disappointed by how small the trio portion is. We also had the Oreo cheesecake, and it hit the sweet tooth just right--creamy, rich, and playful without being too heavy. Grimaldi's is exactly what it claims to be: a little slice of old-school New York tucked into Frisco, Texas. It's not trying too hard--it just knows who it is. And I respect that. #HayiaSophia #HayiaSophiaFaves #FoldYourSlice #TiramisuWins #FriscoEats

Love the Ambiance here in this restaurant! Great music with a few TVs for the sports fans. View to the kitchen to see the hand tossed crust and prep is a cool feature. Can't go wrong with that! Ice tea was made right as well. Not just colored water but a real taste of tea! I ordered the Don and had shrooms added since it was an easier way to build a pizza. Plenty of toppings to choose from but thought they'd have more selections rather than build your own. The pizza has really great flavor with the meat combo. Meatballs were some of the best I've had. Thin crust, coal fired, cooked to perfection in my eyes! Loved every bit of it and had some for left-overs o. The drive home Grimaldi's has my vote!

I had the misfortune that Ashely answered the phone. She wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, constantly referred me to call Customer Service, and lied to me about a specific employee whom I asked if she was working was there. Ashley told me to check back after 4pm, supposedly because the three employees that I inquired about by name were not there. She was condescending, rude, and not a good representative for the company. I've shopped at this store for years, and this was my first rude and unprofessional encounter. Ashley frustrated me to the point that I decided to drive over to the store to speak with a manager. As soon as I walked in the store, I saw one of the employees who Ashley said wasn't there. I requested to speak to Ray, store manager. He walked towards me and said that he had seen me several times before. I expressed my concerns regarding Ashley, and he said that he would take care of it. Ray gave me his business card, and asked that I reach out to him if something like this happened again, to avoid me having to drive to the store. I thanked him, made a purchase and went home.
