I had the misfortune that Ashely answered the phone. She wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, constantly referred me to call Customer Service, and lied to me about a specific employee whom I asked if she was working was there. Ashley told me to check back after 4pm, supposedly because the three employees that I inquired about by name were not there. She was condescending, rude, and not a good representative for the company. I've shopped at this store for years, and this was my first rude and unprofessional encounter. Ashley frustrated me to the point that I decided to drive over to the store to speak with a manager. As soon as I walked in the store, I saw one of the employees who Ashley said wasn't there. I requested to speak to Ray, store manager. He walked towards me and said that he had seen me several times before. I expressed my concerns regarding Ashley, and he said that he would take care of it. Ray gave me his business card, and asked that I reach out to him if something like this happened again, to avoid me having to drive to the store. I thanked him, made a purchase and went home.

I took the remaining beers back to the store & the elder clerk told me that was the brew date not the sell date & refused to swap them out. I walked out & threw the beer away. I'll never darken the doors of this place again as they will sell you expired beer with no regret for customer health or wellbeing. This rating should be 0000 stars. You've been warned.

They have a massive collection of everything. The prices are pretty good compared to other places, and they have a lot of variety of soju starting from $4.99 a bottle. The workers are always nice and helpful, and they give you free shot glasses if you ask. There are chasers, mixers, limes, mini liquor bottles, etc. I think they give you a 5% discount if you buy more than 6, but I'd check with them again. I first visited on New Year's Eve back in 2021 and have been a fan. It's a local shop too and much more organized than Specs down the street. Highly recommended!
