She's doing great with the medication he prescribed which is great because she's our lil fur baby and we adore her so much. When Gigi and I got back home, Gigi started having back to back seizures; I was so scared that I would lose her. I called this vet back right away and they told me to bring her back immediately. I believe we went to this vet three days in a row and they took such good care of her. They gave her an IV and at the end, the seizures stopped. Gigi is now on two medications to help with her seizures. My other fur-child, Lola, was coughing recently and I brought her here-- This was also a last minute appointment. Dr. Griffith took good care of her and prescribed her medication and now she's all fine. The doctors and the staff here are so great! I live in Sacramento, so it takes me an hour to get here, but I don't mind, because I know my fur-children are in the BEST care. HIGHLY recommend this vet!

And they told me they would only sign to fill online prescriptions once a week on Wednesday. So they forced me to purchase another week of medication from them, or pay another 50+ dollars to get seen by another veterinarian, or make my pets suffer with allergies. Then they act like they were doing me a big favor when they forgot to fill it out on Wednesday the following week and they had to fill it out on Thursday. This place is a scam and I would avoid it at all cost.

She made it so amazing. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Kelly was actually available to come earlier than expected ( as we unfortunately needed her to ). She was calm, sweet, patient and soothing. She was so loving with our helping our 19 year old kitty Jet go to her final sleeping place. Every question answered, everything already thought of. She gave us the option to leave her with us, take her/cremate and return, or cremate and have her hang with other amazing pets. We received follow up texts and emails and then finally got this card where the majority of my tears finally came. This veterinarian may not be for you if you believe in species appropriate diets, spacing out vaccines, using titer testing, or any attempt to engage in dialogue that goes against their beliefs. I was treated like I might lick my uncleaned counter after prepping raw meats or like I might lick my fingers after picking up dog poo in my yard. On the positives, they do have good weekend availability, fairly reasonable pricing and if you are 100% on board with Western Vet medicine without need for intuition or nutritional approaches, then you will like most of them. There are some truly great people at this vet clinic & not every experience has been negative. My review is based on their unwillingness to have the pet owner be a part of the process and to not being open to dialogue about different approaches to nutrition & care options.

I absolutely appreciate Animal Spray & Neuter here in Auburn. They have amazing, affordable…read moreservices for your dog or cat. I got Sophie about 6 months ago. I have been wanted to get her spayed and micro chipped for a while. After going through another company for her shots (and they weren't cheap), I found Animal Spay & Neuter on Yelp. You first need to call and leave them a message with the information they ask on their voice mail. Then, they call you back to get you on the schedule. You need to put down the payment over the phone to secure your spot for the spay or neuter. I was called back about 48 hours later, and on the schedule in less than a week. When the day arrived, you need to arrive at 7:30am and call the number on the banner at the front entrance to let them know your there. Then, you go up to the window when they call you back, to check in. They have the option to micro chip your furry friend, so if course, I wanted Sophie chipped. That I paid for when she was ready for pick up. They tell you they'll call you when your loving pet is finished. Sophie was done later that morning and would be ready for pick up at 1:30pm. Everyone here seemed so gentle and loving with Sophie. They are amazing for what they do. I am so thankful they were able to help me take good care of Sophie!

Also, they charge 6 dollars for a cone and say that they don't supply the cone because the cat was acting fine when with the vet (which was when they were sedated. Another thing, they have a sign that says to call them upon arrival and they will call back when ready, but even though I was the first one to arrive and call I was only helped after 5 people so they really need to fix the whole system here.
