    Oxtail and grits
    Jasmine N.

Food was great! The vibes were even better and the customer service is top tier. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town. I got the oxtail and grits and I enjoyed it. The oxtail was a little sweet which I didn't care for (I prefer savory oxtail) but overall it was still very good. I would say the dish overall was an 8.5/10. Everyone else in my party also enjoyed their meal, they had the French toast, lobster and grits, and the fish and grits. Everything came out timely and tasted great.

I honestly would have given this place a solid 5 stars but the air conditioner wasn't working and it was my birthday so it sucked having to pack up our food and leave. Beautiful restaurant and the food is very good. Was pleasantly surprised by the portion of food on the fish and grits.2 people can share that if you want t save some money.

My boyfriend and I don't usually eat brunch at restaurants. However, we decided to tru Bird & Batter out and we weren't disappointed. The place is very cozy and well decorated. They also have a nice music playlist. You order your food in line and then get a table. The food was delicious and the portions were good too. The only reason I kept a star is because the potatoes and the egg weren't salted well. Otherwise, I highly recommend you try this place out.

Beautiful decor, amazing customer service, and delicious food! We had the cheese grits, short ribs, scrambled eggs, Mac & cheese, fried chicken, veggie sausage, cinnamon donuts, oxtail & grits, and lemonade ...everything was flavorful and fresh. The service was attentive and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely a spot worth visiting. Add to you list of places to visit.

The food is gone! And fantastic...

The food was amazing. I got the fried fish platter, matter fact, all three of us at the table got the five fried fish platter, which include a fish and shrimp with two side dishes for $30. I couldn't imagine this food being this good. We sample all of our side dishes. The cheesy grits were creamy smooth and very tasty., the mixed California veggies were seasoned and magnificent. The macaroni and cheese was individually, made with shells and was fantastic. It's wonderful finding a good brunch spot in Atlanta. There was no hookah smoke. There was no loud ghetto music. There was no booty shaking in the owl. The place is clean. Service was wonderful. And there was enough street parking. This place get all fives.

Great food and service! Love the decor, very relaxing atmosphere. Servers were very polite and welcoming. Food was well seasoned and flavorful.

The food was amazing! Presented beautifully, tasted amazing, ample leftover that warmed up well. Fortunately for us, the owners were on board and were a joy to talk to have our experience with. For me, when you don't have to add seasonings, sauce or anything it's a great day. I'll be back and tell others! Thank ya

I put myself on the wait list an hour before arriving based on the time estimate, but I ended up having to still wait another hour before we were seated. The menu is pretty solid, with a good selection for both drinks and food. My friend and I both got the peach lemonade mimosa. It was okay, I'd probably just stick to a regular mimosa next time. The up charge wasn't worth it. The jerk chicken egg rolls were delicious, just as they are described on the menu. The accompanying sauce was amazing. Definitely the best thing I had. The breakfast skillet with potatoes was a bit too bland for me. Overall the dish lacked flavor. It came with a salsa, but that really didn't add much for me. The staff did take my feedback well and offered me replacement dish, but I wasn't interested. My friend loved the cajun shrimp pasta with the added chicken. She said that was very flavorful, especially the chicken. Both items were a decent portion so you definitely won't go hungry here. The restaurant is very cute but it is small. There were only two tables designed to fit larger parties. They do have some tables outside, but they weren't doing outside seating that day, likely due to the heat. Id definitely recommend they close the waitlist during busy periods. Overall, my experience was okay. I'd go back with a reservation and try other menu options.

Honestly, perfect for a chill late morning breakfast in the city. We love predictability when hunger strikes, so I'll be back. A little pricey for breakfast + coffee at $30, super awkward tip request, but not so bad that I would deduct points. That said, the aesthetic feels less Buckingham Palace and more whimsical London antique shop -- charming & eclectic. I ordered the blueberry lavender matcha and a breakfast plate. The menu names were definitely on brand, but not quite catchy enough for me to remember them later. Both were solid, though, and hit the spot. Service was a highlight. The cashier really leaned into the accent and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, which made the whole experience feel more immersive and welcoming. Parking was easy on an early weekday afternoon -- always a win. The space works well for small parties, but be prepared: tables are small and seating is close together. One tip: avoid sitting upstairs in Eden. It's noticeably warmer than the rest of the restaurant, and you'll likely leave smelling like breakfast. Overall, a fun, themed spot with great service. But I don't think I'll be back.

There's a steady traffic of people going in and out. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and slice of the pistachio cardamom cake. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. They have some indoor seating and a cozy table on the sidewalk just outside the front door.

I sat at the counter cuz I was flying solo and had nice conversations with those next to me. The way the entire building is decorated is completely eye candy and as satisfying as the food. If you like crazy loopy, different kind of stuff. There's a specific coffee shop and small gift shop in the back with social & environmental conscious products. Even have a film development drop off that I guess locals take advantage of cuz where do you go for that anymore other than some kind of chain pharmacy?. I took pictures for my posting but also for myself to consider coming back and shopping another time. Several of the magnets and signs I would love to own. The food is plentiful and flavorful. I had the daily special of Georgia fresh shrimp sauteed on top of homemade sourdough that had a little bit of a French toast crispy to it, topped with roasted tomatoes and spinach and thin crispy onions that were well seasoned. Most the time for lunch you just hope for something that taste good and this was beyond my wildest dreams of what I was going to eat for lunch today. And it was only $10. The burgers, the fried chicken, the fried shrimp, everything was looking so yummy. I totally have to come back.
