My friends and I tried this place out since the ambiance looked relaxing based off the pictures. Best decision we made!! First, the drinks were amazing. Blueberry chiller was like a blueberry soda but made with fresh blueberries and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. My drink, the matcha latte, was made with fresh ceremonial matcha which resulted in a vibrant green color. It tasted phenomenal!! I would definitely recommend it with vanilla if you like your drinks with some sweetness. The salted cloud cold brew was honestly one of the best coffees I've had. Not only did it look beautiful, but the ratio of espresso and sweetness (added vanilla) was prefect!! In addition, the food was a burst of flavor. My friend got the brisket panini and really enjoyed it. I got the chicken panini and the flavor combinations were delicious. Lastly, we got to talk to the owner and she was welcoming and helpful. The service was excellent. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to grab a healthy meal or grab a refreshing drink. Tried this place for the first time yesterday instead of my usual place in Flower Mound for bagels and almost went back today. The lox bagel was excellent. Everything was so fresh. Good portion of lox and cream cheese. Pickled onions and fresh greens were the perfect touch and now I think I have to have that on all lox bagels. There were also capers and tomatoes. At first I did think it was pricey for a lox bagel but I was completely satisfied once I ate it. 10/10. Staff was super sweet and you can tell the owner takes pride in her business. Met a friend for lunch. The place is bright, appears clean, and very pleasant. It was packed, which is a good sign. If they had more square footage, they'd have no problem filling more tables at lunchtime. The employees are very personable. I ordered the chicken salad with the bread on the side, just had water to drink, and a slice of the Earl Grey cake/loaf to bring home. The chicken salad had plenty of nice ingredients in it but both my friend and I thought the onion overpowered much of the flavors. It also was a scant scoop of a serving for the price. The bread was a bit tough or rubbery (can't think of the best descriptor) but maybe it works better used as a sandwich rather than on the side. The Earl Grey cake was very tasty but very light on even a hint of a tea flavor. In short, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I was *slightly* underwhelmed by the food (especially given the price/quantity) BUT I will go back. read more
