Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I'm so glad i stayed firm bc i had a GREAT experience at Randy Hanson. It was easy, they were friendly & they did not charge me for storage & they gave me a really nice loaner car at no charge. Unfortunately, another guy hit me while i had their car, but they were really nice about it (they gave a great quote & the person took care of it). The staff is really great, especially the front office girl. They used Hyundai parts & my car looked good as new! AND THEY WASHED IT!
