Loaded Wet Burrito
Ja'Nelle S.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Guadalajara has a fun and welcoming atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted and seated almost immediately. Service was quick, but not rushed. The whole team pitched in to service tables, so our bellies stayed full and our cups were never empty. They started us off with chips and salsa. It tasted like the Mexican food I know (from SoCal). I ordered two enchiladas which came with rice, beans, and coleslaw. The enchiladas were okay, but I could taste oil. My kiddos ordered Tacos Al Carbon combo plate and a loaded wet burrito. They enjoyed their food. Parking was easy as they have a parking lot and I believe it may be shared with the hotel behind it. I'd visit again when in the area, but I'd order a different meal.

Hubby and I stopped in for dinner. It was sooooo good. The server was so attentive. I ordered the new Fuego Mezcalita and it's the best cocktail I've had in a long time & fairly priced. It was sweet, smokey with a hint of spice. Our food came out in a good time frame. The salsa is perfect. I ordered combo #13 which was a tamale and taco with rice & beans. Hubby got a gigantic burrito. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was chill & they had a few tvs with games on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everything was so yummy. We'll definitely be back!!!

Are we sure this is Mexican food? The service was good but the food and margaritas were blah. It all looked good, but the flavor was not there

This restaurant is located right next to a Quality Inn which made it very convenient for us when we stayed there. The atmosphere is good, very colorful. The food was pretty decent but pricey but I think it's regular prices for this area. The tortilla soup had good flavor and was filling. The parrillada was the hit though. It came with plenty of meats, rice, pico de gallo and beans. It could definitely be shared by two or three people depending on appetite. They serve beer and margaritas, but the margaritas are not made fresh per order. They taste like agave margaritas, not a fan. But they do serve ice cold beer. The service was good, food came out pretty fast. Lastly, the bathrooms were clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. If you're in the area or staying at the hotel next door, this restaurant is a good option. We had a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 children and we paid over $100.

My boyfriend's and my go to place for Mexican food. It is consistently tasty and the large portions make it so you always have leftovers! Staff is attentive and friendly. Good free chips and salsa. It is your typical homestyle Mexican cuisine, but it always satisfies my cravings!

TERRIFIC SERVICE! WONDERFUL FOOD! GREAT PRICES!! I really loved it here. First, everyone is soooo very nice and hardworking. I truly appreciate that with all my heart. I know how hard the food industry can is, and how difficult people can be sometimes. THANK YOU to the staff first and foremost! Man, the food is just amazing!! Not only was it tasty, but there was A LOT of it! Get your doggy bag ready!! You can't beat the prices either, especially in this economy. Win, Win, Win all around!!

Amazing and friendly service! Stopped in for a quick meal after an event. We ordered a combination plate with a Al pastor taco, chicken enchilada and a pork tamale and a beer. We also ordered the sopa de albondigas. It's my favorite to eat year round and theirs was so good and huge! The meat balls were huge and so generous. I loved the large portion of onions and cilantro. Lots of searing, huge menu and quick service. We received our chips and salsa even before we took off our winter coats. The restaurant is well lit with lots of colorful and fun decor. Plus it was decorated for the holiday season. Thank you for a wonderful meal and we will be back.

The chips & salsa but, specifically the cabbage salsa, are enjoyable staples. The tortilla soup is also a must have. Sometimes, I just grab the soup plus chips & salsa. I like the soup because it's hearty and full of fresh ingredients. This time we enjoyed tostadas, street tacos, & green chile stew along with the standard refried beans & Spanish rice. And we didn't forget the alcoholic libations, rounding it out with margaritas and Corona. There are no complaints here. The food is always on point. The restaurant itself is always clean, welcoming, & prepared for a good time. The staff are always friendly & attentive. I also enjoy the entertainment playing in the screens & the nights with the mariachi. They are available on the food delivery app, too.

It's served with guacamole, pico de gallo, beans, and rice. I'm not a big fan of beans, so I usually ask for extra rice instead. The carne asada has a wonderful grilled aroma and taste, and the portions are always generous--there's usually enough left over for a doggy bag. The staff is quick and very friendly, and the menu has plenty of great options to choose from.

A lot of places popped up, but this Mexican restaurant really stood out -- great reviews and the food pictures looked amazing. It's about 13 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. From the outside, it looks small, but once you walk in, it's surprisingly spacious. We were seated immediately, and our server was absolutely phenomenal -- so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. For an appetizer, we ordered the queso fundido with chorizo (you can choose corn or flour tortillas). This is one of my favorite dishes to get at any Mexican restaurant if they offer it, and this one did not disappoint. The cheese was perfectly melty and stretchy, and the chorizo had great flavor that paired so well with it. Wrapping that cheesy, savory goodness in a warm tortilla? So good. For my main dish, I ordered the quesabirria -- corn tortillas filled with birria and cheese, fried crispy, and served with consommé for dipping. It was decent, but I will say it didn't have quite as much flavor as I'm used to with quesabirria. Still enjoyable, just could've used a bit more seasoning. The beans were actually delicious and full of flavor, but the rice was a little bland and could've used some salt. Overall, the service was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and even though it was busy, everything came out in a timely manner. The prices were also very reasonable -- definitely not expensive for the quality and portions. I would absolutely come back to try other dishes. With just a little more seasoning in some areas, it would easily be a five-star spot for me!

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We were told our total was $32, but when I paid with a card, the final charge came to $34.93. When I asked why the amount was different, I was told it was because I paid with a card. I understand that taxes and fees may apply, but customers should be told the full amount before being charged. What bothered me the most was the attitude. When I politely asked for clarification, the person cooking responded in a rude and arrogant way, saying, "You know that in the United States you have to pay sales tax." I wasn't questioning whether sales tax exists, I was simply asking why the amount I was quoted was different from the amount I was charged. I also noticed that my receipt showed a Denver sales tax rate of 9.15%, even though the food truck was located in Aurora on Hampden, which added to the confusion. The food is excellent, but the customer service and lack of clear communication left a negative impression. I would return for the food, but I hope they work on treating customers with more respect and explaining charges more clearly.
