Chicken lo mein

Overall the food was decent. Not the best but not the worst. The service however was fantastic. Our server was fun, energetic, and was great at her job. I'll return for sure because of her!!

The food was amazing. So delicious I went two days in a row! I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and the vegetables were so crisp and not mushy. Flavor was excellent.

On the hunt for dinner and this one was close by. So why not? Older strip mall and interior was obviously well used. But we're not here for the interior. Were the only ones here, sit anywhere sign prominently displayed. Server on the slow side to get here. Ordered drinks, appetizers - fried Won-Tons and entrees - Triple Swan (chef specialty) w/brown rice the wife picked the Szechuan Beef. Different server brings our food. She's friendly & checked on us frequently. How were the meals? Mine: the scallops were nice size and sweet. The rest a meh - . Brown rice was crispy - underdone? The rest of the dish had no real flavor. I expected better, especially when it's a chef speciality. The Szechuan Beef was tender, veggies were seasoned as was the sauce. Just enough heat to keep it enjoyable. Fried Wontons weren't greasy, not your typical fare. These had a more homemade feel. Unfortunately, overall not impressed.

Just moved to Rio Rancho. Many Chinese restaurants to choose from. This was first on my list on Christmas Eve. The staff alone makes me want to come back. The food was plentiful and tasty. They have real Chinese hot mustard and chili oil containers in a refrigerator next to the register if you are doing takeout. I like that they put the rice in a separate container from the entree. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be a regular customer.

Crab rangoons
Jeanie V.

Everything was delicious, the crab rangoons are so good, and the chicken was delicious while being all meat and no fat, tendons etc. The server is also very nice and attentive And the restaurant was clean. Definitely get some lunch here!

Egg drop and noodles

Service is good, glad about that. Said I could sit anywhere and was over in less then 15 seconds to take my order for a drink. Egg drop soup was good but maybe a little to much salt. Other than that the ED soup is great. I did notice they stopped putting eggs in the pork fried rice. Maybe that is due to the rise in egg prices. Even without the eggs the fried rice is great!! Large fried onions, peas and carrots, excellent taste. How did they know I love fried onions! They did not have beef on a stick, said not today. Waiter came by and refilled my drink, again service is good. I am glad it is not the usual dim lights inside. You can see what your eating and enjoy it. I will have to come more often, I am impressed with the food and the service

It is truly one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels both authentic and incredibly welcoming. The service was impeccable from the start, but the highlight was truly the charming interaction with the chef. He was kind enough to personally walk me through the evening's selections, and we had the most delightful chat! I decided on one of my absolute weaknesses: the Fresh Pork Dumplings. The chef was quite attentive and offered to add an onion paste, but after a brief explanation of my preferences, he was more than happy to prepare them exactly to my liking. It's that level of bespoke attention that I truly adore. The dumplings arrived steaming hot in just a matter of minutes absolutely bursting with authentic, clean flavors. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience, and I shall certainly be making this a regular stop on my Uptown rounds!

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

What a cool experience…read more The food came out fresh, hot and delicious which is a great combination. I believe this to be a great find of a restaurant especially since I normally only eat New Mexican cuisine when visiting ABQ. Be patient as the food is made once ordered so don't be in a hurry.

Still a solid place to get dim sum! Ofc nothing beats the Bay Area but this is a decent spot. The wait staff was nice to give us another one cuz we sent it back, but it came back again with the same smell so we were worried but it tasted fine and we didn't get sick hahahaha. Wouldn't order it again tho because of the smell. steam chicken feet 5/5: nicely steamed with a spicy kick. steamed egg yolk bun 4/5: this is the main reason we come here! love the topping on the bun and the flavors of the steamed egg yolk. Normally it's a bit runnier which would make it a 5 but it was a bit oversteamed today. IT Dim Sum is a great choice if you're craving dim sum in the ABQ area. Haven't found another spot to beat it yet so it's our go to spot when we're in town!

We would get Dim Sum in Flushing, NY and I have nothing but great memories from it. So! When I found out this spot brings out the carts for Dim Sum - I ran over! We went for Saturday brunch and it was empty. I ordered for the table. The chicken feet really stood out to me and were delicious. I will say...they advertise it is homemade...but I'm not too sure. The soup dumplings definitely had a precooked frozen packaged texture / flavor - similar the ones you can get from the grocery store. BUT! Overall: we had a fantastic experience. The family was very friendly. I think they were surprised how much I ordered. I was excited and happy. And yes, we finished it all lol If you've never had Dim Sum then you MUST come here for the experience alone. They bring out the carts and you pick what you'd like. This is a great way to spend BRUNCH with a large group. Forget the American brunch and try the Chinese one! It's a new experience and will be fun.
