He said he could be there the next day and the appointment was arranged. He was within 15 minutes of the time agreed to and that was fine. They worked very hard loading all that stuff into his trailer and we're done quickly. Very nice and professional. I will use them again.

They expect you to claim all the broken items by the end of the moving day without any days to look at all your stuff and everyone is exhausted so that's not very fair. As a guy, didn't mind too much but my wife wasn't a big fan. A young company with lots of room to grow. The only reason why it was 2 stars is because of the price. Really hard to find a price like this and I just had to go purchase and fix a couple of broken shelves and scratched up furniture as well as broken latches.

There were no reviews for this company as of yet. Unfortunately, I will have to be the first to review. It was a disaster from the get go. First thing, they showed up six hours late, instead of 9 AM they showed up at 3 PM. Only two movers showed up. When they got to my house they had no boxes, no moving blankets, no tools, and apparently had no idea what was waiting for them. At some point in the evening to ladies showed up with a child to pack. They came with boxes and ran out of boxes within two hours. Finally, at 2 o'clock in the morning they decided they were going to go home, start packing, and would start first thing in the morning. I told the two movers they could sleep in the house instead of sleeping in the moving truck which is the option there boss gave them. I went home at 3 AM, came back at 8 AM, to find that they were once again out of boxes, still had no tools, and were sitting in the truck when there were still several rooms to pack and load up. Therefore, I started packing myself, loading things in my vehicle. Then around 930 they decided they were done loading anything up because the truck was full, did not intend on making another trip. Therefore leaving everything that was still not packed or loaded at the house. We then headed to my new house, they showed up 65 minutes after I got there. Unloaded everything and left it in my driveway, front lawn, and inside my garage. That is when one of the two Movers/employee decided to quit. He proceeded to sit in the moving truck and do nothing for the rest of the day, leaving the other employee alone to do everything on his own on his first day as a mover on the job. That employee by the way is to be commended, he never complained, was extremely apologetic, and worked the entire two days without fail or stopping. When at 5 o'clock in the afternoon the The owner called me she requested an additional $607 over the quoted amount which included finishing the actual move, taking down and rebuilding the work out machines and televisions. There were exchange of words in which I had to threaten to take them to small claims court before they decided to allow me to only pay $300 on top of the $600 I had already paid. Attached are the pictures of the damages, and what is still left in my house that they were unable, incapable, Or simply decided they did not want to move.

I have used First on Firefighters to do multiple moves in the past and I have referred them for…read morefamily. The service prior was fantastic. The crews were amazing and they ran almost the entire time. I have used them for apartment and house moves. They are now under new ownership and it shows. They showed up and got started but don't have the right tools to break down the single bed. I had to provide tools, but they they still stripped out the screws on the bed frame and I had to finish, so it didn't get any worse. The same thing happened for the table, they didn't have the right tools and stripped the screws. I had asked them to wrap the furniture and tvs as this was all going into a storage. They had wrap but ran out after wrapping 2 pieces as they only brought a single roll that was almost out. Everything was boxed and ready aside from the furniture, This was a 1 bedroom apt that was 700+ sq feet. They took 6 hours and $900 to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I had a 2 story 2800 sq foot house moved by the previous crews in 5 hrs and paid significantly less. They did a really poor job of unloading into the storage. I have boxes that are being crushed and have already had to rent another unit to unpack and repack correctly. The last part of these transaction was a problem also. As i was paying with a credit card i was told that there is a 3% additional fee. I was advised I should have been told when i booked that cc had an additional fee. Seeing as my checks were packed I got stuck with the fee. After a much longer than normal move, much higher cost, and unprepared movers I would definitely not recommend anyone using them again.
