Thank Gucci Costa Mesa and Stella for a wonderful experience. I wanted to buy a ring but wasn't sure the size and stuff. Stella customer experience was Beyond what I hope for. She helped me through the entire process of purchasing/ordering a Gucci gem stone ring for my birthday. I am extremely happy with my ring. Thank you Stella and Gucci Costa Mesa. I can't recommend enough, and I definitely will return, make sure you ask for Stella!

Came to Gucci in the South Coast Plaza to pick up a birthday gift to my boyfie :-) Special thanks to Racquel for being so helpful -- she was super attentive to what I wanted & I was in and out Gucci within 15 mins!

Ruri was so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! She showed me a variety of bags all of which I loved, and she knew exactly what my style was. Super quick, but super efficient visit. I will be back just to shop with Ruri!

Thanks to Noe for being so attentive and helpful. Appreciated.

I went to the Gucci store at South Coast Plaza four days ago to exchange an online purchase and have it shipped to my home. Thanks to Noe for being so attentive and helpful. She replied to my text message promptly and sent me the tracking number as soon as she had it. She's very professional. I felt so welcomed. The process was really fast, I got my package today, and everything is in perfect condition! Next time, I'll definitely shop in-store with her instead of ordering online. I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend this store to my family and friends!

Bought a gift for occasion and sales lady gave us torn box. Your exited to give an expensive gift for a torn box. It is really depressing. I am disappointed.

Went at 8:45 pm when closing is at 9 pm and the store was closed and a person in site. Went to Louis Vuitton and bought two huge bags of shoes. Too bad Gucci. Late night shopping with no crowds is the best.

Any of the reviews where people give 1 star I would not worry about. Those 1 star reviews are wrong and the people writing them are probably poor and should not be shopping there anyway.

It is always a good idea to keep your investment pieces in good shape. High end bags need to be taken care of when used. I definitely love my Gucci bag enough to get it repaired where some others might resell, donate, or toss it. I've always had amazing service at this Gucci store in Costa Mesa. I actually bought a bag years ago in their pink and white canvas. This time around I was bringing my Disco Soho bag in for much needed repairs. You see, I really love my Disco Soho bag because it goes with everything. I've taken it to Greece, New Orleans, Mexico, and all around California. I really love this bag. So when it started to fray at the edges and the piping became damaged, I decided to reach out to Gucci to see if they would be able to repair it. The online customer service said that I could either send it in or bring it to the local store. I decided to bring it to the local store. The person helping me asked how long I had owned the bag. I said about two years but it may have been more like four years. Unfortunately for me, the warranty is about two years so the repairs would be out of warranty. I expected as much so I agreed for them to evaluate my bag for repairs. My information was input into the system and they emailed me every step of the way. My bag was going to be about a $400 repair. This is way less than buying a new bag so I agreed to the cost. You can always refuse and go pick up your bag. I was also told that the repair could take up to six months. Gasp! I also agreed to that. Once I paid the repair fee, my bag was sent to Italy to be repaired. I dropped it off the first week of January and I picked it up at the end of April. They definitely got it completed within the estimated timeframe. My bag was nicely packaged in a new dust bag and shopping bag. I took it out to examine the workmanship and it looks as good as new. I could still see the signs of use that I had put it through but the repairs were definitely completed. They did not clean it or anything but I didn't expect it since it wasn't part of the repair estimate. I totally believe that I got my money's worth and now I'm investing again in keeping it long term. I mean, I plan on taking it to Asia this summer to check off another destination. It needs to look good and outlast me. Thanks Gucci for awesome service.

I just purchased a ring from this location. There is a short wait outside the store because of their covid protocol, so I felt safe shopping there. They also have ample hand sanitizer available. My SA (and all the other employees there) were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I love this location and highly recommended it!

Broken box, not even an offer to send a new one for us.

One of the worst luxury store ever. Gucci thought it could challenge Hermes and Christian Dior. Gucci store is full of stuck up employees that probably barely getting their minimum wage, judging from their conduct. Gucci's employees really look down on people. I suggest to avoid this store. They probably don't even know some people who shop there, can buy the entire flagship and fire them all. Anyway, if you need to spend thousands of dollars for a purse, go get it from Chanel, Chloe, LV, Saint Lauren. Avoid this place like a plague. Bought their messenger bag for my wife, they gave me a cracked Gucci Bag. I asked for the exchange, the staff there smirked and asked me to take it or leave it... I took it anyway, because that's the last Donald Duck messenger bag. But I vouch to not again buy anything from Gucci with that kind of service level.

This was the closest place here in OC to find BBC stuff but it doesn't look like they have much of it anymore. I only look at the shirts and hats because the jackets and pants/shorts always seem way over priced. I know some of these are limited edition but c'mon.. if you want $250 for a jacket you're gonna have to add more than a patch or small graphic to a regular looking jacket/hoodie to get my business. Also, this place could use some better customer service. I don't know how many times I've stopped by and the guy at the desk just sits there clicking away on the computer.

One of the nicer shops I've been to. Workers are chill, they have displays out, most of their supply is in the back, just ask for various sizes.

Only based on shopping experience…read more I had a lovely experience. Tried on multiple items, had an associate help bring my items to a room (because I had so many), and I continued to shop around. He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn't even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.
