Basel the Manager said they would look at in 2 Days, so I waited 4 Days before I called to check on it. They had not looked at it at that time it took a total of 7 days to look at it. He said He waited 2 hours on hold, and I would have to call them, I did 23 minutes I was in the System and called and left message of Such and he would have to do that it is your job. They want to speak with You. He just flat out refused to do his job, so I ended up having it towed to another place which they did it in 1 day. During this whole Time Basel the manager never pick up the phone and let Me know any updates. I run a business and if I did that, I wouldn't have a business. I had to initiate ever Communication. My engine starts making this horrible noise and so I check my oil stick- NOTHING!!!!!! NO OIL IN THERE!!!!!! And NOBODY had touched my car since I took it here. I WILL be calling corporate and whoever I can to get them to fix their careless life altering mistake. I'm a mother with 3 children that has ONE car. They quite literally have messed up my life with this mistake. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. I still have my receipt with the names of who emptied my oil and NEVER replaced it. This is irresponsible and absolutely unacceptably ridiculous. And yes the bolt at the bottom of the drip pan is still there intact so I KNOW THESE PEOPLE NEVER PUT NEW OIL IN IT!!!!!!
