The Gutenberg and Chicago burgers are both excellent, each with their own unique toppings. The cordial and multi-talented David takes orders, cooks, serves the food, and keeps the place spotless! The dining area is clean and well lit, with four screens playing music videos -- at a conversation-friendly volume. We really enjoyed our visit to Gutenberg. It was quiet on the Saturday night we went but were greeted by a very friendly chef/waiter/cashier who took care of us. I went with the Chicago style burger and was quite impressed. It had two juicy patties, provolone cheese and topped with gard and sweet peppers. I also got a side of fries that did the job. It's a small sit down area but warm and welcoming. While I typically don't like TV screens, we enjoyed the loop of videos showing cool outdoor scenes around the world. Will go back! read more

This was a decently great burger! I am not sure how "German" it is, but they make a good Smash Burger. The Burger was perfectly smashed and cooked. The bun and toppings were great as well. Their flagship sauce is just regular special sauce, but thats not a bad thing. If you want a fancy diner burger, here you go! If anything, the food is a bit on the expensive side. I got a burger, fries, and a drink for $20. Thats a little steep, but the food was really good so I can't complain too much. I also think they are pretty generous on their fries which was nice. The service was pretty non existent, but the workers were nice. No muss, no fuss. Sure, I would stop by again! Their sausages seem interesting. Maybe thats more German. read more

Very good cheeseburgers; juicy and satisfying. Can't go wrong with any of their burgers! The onion rings however are another story; they are world class, crunchy and biteable. Reading the reviews I thought I was going to get a really good burger. This was pretty horrendous. 1.5 day crumbled beef patties, old lettuce and tomato and oily. This little thing was $15 and I can honestly say Macdonalds is 100 times better. Avoid and find somewhere else to get a burger. read more

The interior is nice (see photo), but the presentation of the food (neatly packaged to-go containers) was the first time in a long time where I was impressed before I even tasted the food. I got home and was extremely impressed with the food. The fries were very good (larger than average serving), and the burger was the perfect amount of food for dinner. Price was reasonable, and I would say a little less than I would've expected. I was in and out very quickly. Had the pork belly burger here and it was incredible with a side of fries, and the size of the fries is definitely big enough for two!

Guten Belly burger was fantastic. The show string fries are a good crisp and the staff will steer you into a perfect pairing sauce. You can tell the menu is well throughout and the menu items are meant to explore different cuisines in a burger. Excited to see the burger of the months coming later this February.
