    Pinky sized tenders

I got the three piece tender meal. I did not receive my bread or coleslaw. The most shocking part and the reason I will not be back is the tenders are literally the size of my pinky and my total was $11 and change. What a rip off!! Better off going to Zaxby's.

    Empty napkin holders

Frequently slow. Today there was no ice in the machine and 5 people standing around waiting. That was rectified and I got my food. No ketchup. Got the ketchup from behind the counter and sat down to eat. I forgot my napkins. And they were none in the dispenser. Had to go back to the counter.

This is Felicia... she is the SHIT!! She makes sure the food is fresh and hot! She ALWAYS has the biggest smile and she is always so nice!

Felicia and crew always provide the BEST chicken fingers and the TEA is always on point!

Chicken fingers, toast, fries, and slaw. I subbed my slaw for extra fries for my husband.

I DoorDashed from this location and it was wonderful! The portion sizes were more than enough and the food tasted great. Home made, not out of a frozen bag.

Great chicken fingers, good sauce! We stopped here on the way to Florida and are really glad we chose Guthrie's over a Zaxby's.

Food is so delicious and fresh!! I believe it's cooked to order. It gives Zaxby's a run for their money.

Stepping inside feels like a deliberate step back in time--an appreciative nod to an earlier era of American dining. We were seated promptly by a waitress who took our order with efficient neutrality. She offered little in the way of engagement, ingredient explanations, or recommendations, simply waiting for us to decide. That approach is hardly a fault; her attentiveness shone elsewhere, as she refilled our drinks before they reached empty--a quiet, pleasing mark of care. The room itself is clean and classic in its color palette, with agreeable music underscoring the atmosphere. One of the genuine pleasures is the open view into the kitchen, where the team crafts smash burgers and other items in plain sight. I would prefer ketchup bottles on the tables rather than the single-serve packets that accompany the food, but the staff's ongoing floor cleaning throughout our visit spoke clearly to their pride in the workspace. Uniforms are sharp, and the manager was present, working the line rather than circulating among guests--an encouraging sight of hands-on leadership. Food arrived at a respectable pace, made fresh and transferred straight from griddle to table. Even with a busy drive-through, waits remained minimal. Pricing, however, delivered a jolt: a burger, side, drink, and shake ran more than $20 per person for relatively modest portions. There are also notable discrepancies between the in-restaurant menu and the app offerings. The unsweet iced tea was pleasant enough yet dilute--bordering on brown water--while the Coca-Cola was properly mixed, free of excess syrup or the opposite deficit, a competent fountain drink neither remarkable nor flawed. We began with the Butter Burger and fries. This ranks among the finest burgers I have encountered. Its sole shortcoming is size; a quadruple-patty version would have been welcome. The crust delivers satisfying crunch, the interior remains juicy, and the melted cheese, onions, and butter kissed on the griddle add layered flavor and texture that are difficult to surpass. The fries, cooked in beef tallow, gain a distinctive richness I appreciate; ranch remains my preferred companion for dipping. The Frisco Burger with chili cheese fries proved another standout--again easily capable of supporting a larger build. Minor notes: the sauce was applied unevenly, and the toast ran a touch overdone. The chili cheese fries themselves were well-proportioned. The chili carried robust spice and flavor, though beans heavily outnumbered the beef, all finished with a nacho-style cheese sauce. An American classic executed with solid competence. Yet the true glory resides in the milkshakes. The cookies-and-cream version is the finest I have tasted--intense flavor, generous volume, presented in an old-school malt-shop glass crowned with a cherry. It is simply unbeatable. The Kit Kat shake offers balanced candy-bar character without overwhelming the base; its creamy consistency flows easily through the straw and finishes cleanly. In all, a distinctive, well-run spot that rewards with exceptional burgers and transcendent shakes, tempered by portion size, pricing, and a few small service and presentation details.

There ls one other thing,, I don't think this restaurant needs to let servers do the cashing out of patrons while doing other things. It makes for mistakes and possible fraud. I also think your prices are too high for the quality of food and service. I can get much better quality of burgers at Wendy's for $3.00 less.
