The veg that came with my nephews wings looked like it had been pickled out of a compost pile. The picture doesn't truly capture how dried up it was. My man's Mac-n-cheese burger was yuck. Trash can nachos were brought out incorrect but that was my servers fault, not the cook. Seems to be a lot of complaints on service, surely there's some better hires in the area. I am a fan of Guy Fieri. I havent seen everything but enough to know I wanted to stop and try something when the girls wanted a "snack". It was about noon on a Thursday. In a Branson "ice storm" There were multiple groups seated but us three ladies wanted to storm the bar, so we did with no wait. I asked the bartender his favorite mixed drink. No hesitation on The "OG" Margareta. When the bartender tells you his favorite you go with it. I was so pleasantly pleased. I almost sucked that drink down so fast. Then I remembered the price and that it was mid day and I was currently running on an empty stomach. Ive never had such a great tasting Margareta. It had a sweet after taste and now I wish I had one as I write this up. He helped us with picking out our snack. We ordered the Jalapeno pig poppers and the trash can nachos. We were talking and giggling about our drinks when the bartender came back to break us the news that they were out of the pig poppers. I did the pouty face but he did tell us the nachos were a big serving. We thanked him for letting us know and not trying to force us into another decision just in case it was enough food. We didnt have to wait much longer as soon the food was brought out. To our surprise and I think his, they found more pig poppers so we got to have them anyway! The trash can nachos are a thing, they come in a can looking device and he slowly lifts it from the plate and they playfully go everywhere. I got video. Don't let that distract you as they were delicious and we shared them between the three of us. The pig poppers came out perfect as well. We had to let them cool as the yummy cheese inside was still piping hot as we tried to cut into these giant peppers. There wasn't a lot of heat but the dipping sauce was delicious as well. We enjoyed all the "snack" and I even got a second drink because I enjoyed it that much and we were treated so well. The location has got to be a hopping place in the summer. There is a fun chair zipline right out the back over the water. It looks like it has lots of TVs and entertainment for during the summer. I liked that we caught them on an off day and really got to enjoy this unique experience. I would go back. I know any other time the name of the place alone is what will bring you in, but the trash can nachos were pretty good and would definitely like to try other items on his menu. read more

INTRO/ RESERVATION I visited this place on a Thursday night and it was busy. Scouting at the reviews beforehand, I noticed a lot of complaints on the long and underrepresented wait time. I made a reservation ahead of time using their website and it was simple. The weird thing is that their website lets you make a reservation for as little as 1minute ahead of the current time (ex: 6:15 reservation when it's already 6:14). When we arrived, we were seated within 6-7 minutes which was well worth the hassle because normal wait time was much longer. ORDERING/ FOOD We ordered quickly because we feared the long wait time and we ordered the Corn pork tacos and the Blackened Salmon. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food to arrive and our waiter disappeared during this time so we were not able to get her to check up on our order. When the food arrived, the portion was rather small for my entree. My Blackened Salmon was not listed under the "Lighter Fare" category, but it is not enough to fill you. The blackened Salmon I received was dry and just kind of disappointing. My girlfriend's corn pork tacos were alright, but the "dirty" rice tasted just like Spanish rice which was odd. SERVICE The service here was very lack luster. Our server was a young black lady named Kay (I think?) and we didn't receive much attention. We got the bare minimal, which was just a visit to take our orders, and a visit to drop off our food. We never got checked up on and when we wanted to flag down our server she was no where to be found. I'm not sure if this place is under-staffed, not properly trained, or whatever the reason is, it was not up to normal restaurant standards. TL;DR Make a reservation online; "skip" the wait. Expect the wait time to be long. We got here about 515 and had a one hour wait. People who got here closer to 6, had a two hour wait. We ordered the Chili Fries appetizer, Motley Que Sandwich, OG Ringer Sandwich, Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger and Buffalo wings. We got the appetizer within about 15 mins. The rest of food was about an hour (only downside to our experience). The food was PHENOMENAL. Everything we ordered was very very tasty, huge portions and really good. Took my husband here for his birthday dinner while visiting Branson on a birthday vacay and it did not disappoint. We started with the loaded fries and those were a great start (loved the meat they used in the chilli) and then we each had a cocktail, both loaded with the right buzz if ya know what I mean. I had the pork sandwich that was so yummy that I forgot to take a pic before diving in and devouring. The hubs had the Mac and cheese burger and says it's the best he ever had. That includes a drink, appetizers, and meal. We get there, and seated. They almost got our reservations wrong, but all was good. Our waiter was good, he took care of us. Wasn't really impressed by the menu, not much of a variety to choose from. We only got one appetizer per table. I thought each person got an appetizers. One table got Buffalo wings, and our table got loaded fries. I couldn't eat any because of the spicy in both of them. I got the pull pork, on a pretzel bun. It was loaded with an Asian coleslaw, which was tasty. My pretzel bun wasn't soft at all, It was a little hard to bite into. Our waiter say's Guy likes to stake his food. I'll tell you, his menu wasn't very big too choose from. One person in our group complain about the menu, which our waiter over heard, he apologizes about it. We had never eaten in a Guy Fieris restaurant before and didn't know what to expect. Expect awesomeness. The food was outstanding. My steak was perfectly cooked and my fries couldn't have been better. My husband's burger looked delicious and he said it was one of the best he'd ever had. The service was incredible. Our waitress Louis was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best service and experience. She even ordered us champagne with strawberries, we weren't charged.
