It is 0 stars. Business owner of Shawarma town "Mike" which his real name is (Mohammed) has been caught in several lies since his opening. He has claimed that his food is "HALAL AND HORMONE FREE" This has been debunked for it to be certified as halal and hormone free that would have to go through a process. It has been found that he has bought his meat through a local supplier that does not certify in any of these processes. (Restaurant shop and a Local Butcher) that does not sell what he is claiming. Since he claims it is, he charges extra money and rips off customers. The cleanliness of the restaurant is non-existent in the whole restaurant including the worst in the kitchen. "Mike" touches customers food without any gloves or washing his hands. He has been seen picking his nose and coughing on food, also has been seen using the restroom and not washing his hands. He also has been seen sampling customers food while he is preparing it. He has been seen smoking in the kitchen area which is an even bigger violation. The restaurant is in shambles with multiple leaks in the ceiling and he refuses to fix them which may cause mold in the dining area where customers eat their food. He takes the uncooked kebabs and just throws them in the freezer without wrapping them and they get freezer burnt. He likes to charge exorbitant amounts in prices for food that he claims is fresh and 90% of his food is frozen. He claims his desserts are handmade and fresh it is store bought. He does not clear his left-over food line from the night before to where the leftover salad and hummus are just crusted. The oil he uses in the deep fryer has not been changed very often the oil looks like liquid black tar. The most interesting detail is the customers are stupid for paying what he charges for his sandwiches. He in return he is not stupid and would not pay the amount he is charging for a sandwich. read more

For dessert, the baklava is always worth saving room for. It's flaky, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent at the end of a healthy-feeling meal.
