I guess that's my standard now, if this is good then we good. I got it delivered and they smelled wonderful, still warm in the bag. I grabbed one, slathered it in cream cheese, and bit it. Man these are delicious! I really liked the sweet glaze it's covered in which must be the lemon part. The bagel itself is blueberry and really soft. Kudos. The latte was pretty good. Definitely stir it up before drinking as the syrup settled on the bottom, but also the cup that it comes in has a leakproof lid. You gotta pull of the tab to reveal the sipping part. Noice.

The bagels were served warm with a crispy outside and a soft, chewy center. The Everything bagels had plenty of seasoning in every bite, while the Salt bagel kept it simple and really let the fresh bagel shine. The scallion schmear was excellent. Creamy, packed with fresh scallion flavor, and the perfect spread for all three bagels. The Triple Draft La Colombe coffee was smooth, rich, and a great way to round out breakfast. It paired perfectly with the warm bagels. The shop had a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and even with a steady crowd, the staff kept the line moving and were friendly throughout the visit.
