H&M serves a purpose in the world. These are not high-end clothes but are well styled and look good. It makes sense especially if you are one who likes new styles and new clothes on a regular basis. On the con side, the store is not well organized and you need to be ready to spend some time finding exactly what you are you looking for. The styles and fit are very different so I prefer coming in person as opposed to buying the clothes on their app.

My go-to store when I want to Ball on a Budget. This is the best H&M in the bay area, especially for guys/men's wear. They have the best quality and bang for buck. And luckily they always have my sizes (Large & 34 regular). This store is super tidy. Every time I come here it's never a hassle to find anything. And the service quality is exceptional. I've shopped here so many times that I made friends with the staff. The best part of the store is the sale rack where you can find hidden gems. (I once got a dope-ass sweater for $4, size large and a button shirt for $6, size large). They also have the biggest Girls/Ladies selection you can find in the South Bay. I usually get my Christmas shopping done here for my family and friends (And throughout the Great Mall). Today I'm here shopping for new wedding clothes. Tiz wedding crashing season and You know what that means... all that cake cake cake cake!

STORE: Yes this store is big with messy customers and not enough staff to keep up with organizing and go backs from what people try on. STAFF: I must've gotten lucky because the guy putting go backs back was super nice to me and asked his manager and found me again to let me know what she said. The cashier I got was nice too! She was cheery. ITEMS: like someone else said the clothes are like a step up from Forever 21. They obviously get their clothes in bulk made from a factory overseas, which is why they're able to keep prices fairly low. I do find stuff I like here as far as styles, colors, and prices. Prices aren't super cheap but they also aren't expensive. I'd say in the middle to low range. Anything I've bought here or for my significant other has held up and looks good and not cheap. Able to pair it with other clothing for a classy look. OVERALL: Overall it's an ok place to shop but compared to more organized H&M's I have been to I gotta dock them a below average score.

I like their clothes. It is fashionable and affordable for their updated outfits. Too bad that the line can be quite long at times.

I LOVE H&M for this reason: The clothes are more on the formal side AND they're affordable.

I wear a lot of clothes for work from this store and I come to this store from time to time or purchase online. Great value and style and lots selection for work. Service is fine. The deals for Black Friday is definitely worth it for Ts but I snoozed a bit and still got a quasi good sale price during December. Anyhoo, we decided to come in and just get a few of a specific shirt with the sale online being almost comparable to the price I paid. L O C A T I O N Banana Republic Factory Store is located in Great Mall on the east side of the mall. I usually park at Marshalls and then walk to the right. I N S I D E Layout seems to mimic GAP considering they are part of the same company. Women's on the right side and men's on the left. Unfortunately the sale they had online for an extra 40% off was not applicable in store so we ended up doing a return of all the shirts I had and bought 3 of one type of shirt online and did a pick up in store. It was pretty instant. As soon as I entered the order, one of the store associates was about to fulfill our order when we just told him that it was in our hands. So we didn't wait at all as it wasn't a busy day. He packed up our shirts and then just verified my order with my ID and we were off. S E R V I C E Returns was seemless and easy. Ordering online and pick up was also very quick. Again it's also because it wasn't super busy when we did our order so it was instantaneous. O V E R A L L Not a bad place to go in store to pick up online orders for Banana Republic Factory. I've done so in the past. Sometimes the online prices are better that in the store and sometimes it's the opposite. It's definitely a gamble. Good customer service here. Glad it's close-ish to home for returns and exchanges.

I attempted to return an item that was sold to me without a tag at the time of purchase. Despite…read morethe item being in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, the store manager refused the return under "sole discretion," claiming the item was worn simply because the tag was missing. When I reached out to customer relations, I was told that corporations cannot overrule a store manager's discretion regarding "worn" returns, and that without a tag, it is automatically considered worn. This creates an impossible situation for the customer: I am being penalized for the store's initial failure to provide a tag on a brand-new item. As a business owner myself, I value the "90-day satisfaction guarantee" that Men's Wearhouse markets so heavily. However, this experience suggests that the guarantee is subject to arbitrary store-level decisions that contradict the actual condition of the merchandise.. Avoid this store.

HIGH SCHOOL REUNION ATTIRE…read more Last Saturday night was my high school reunion. I don't want to reveal my age, but on my two previous high school reunions I wore a suit. When I was younger I wanted to look older. Now as I am older I want to look younger. I came here about three weeks ago on a Monday. I envisioned what to wear for my high school reunion. Several years ago I bought a navy Calvin Klein blazer from this Men's Wearhouse location. When I entered the store I told one of the sales associates about my high school reunion and what I wanted to wear. I was thinking to match the blazer with a button shirt and tie. I also told him I was looking for a sweater to wear over the shirt and tie. He then asked me if I was open to something more casual. I responded yes. He showed me a polo shirt, which I was intrigued. However the biggest mistake I made that day was I didn't wear my navy Calvin Klein blazer. I asked if he was going to be here the next day. He said no but one of the sales associates will be. The following day I wore my navy Calvin Klein blazer. I talked to another sales associate and mentioned to him what I planned to wear. I still had this vision of wearing something casual with a tie. However the sales associate said wearing a tie would be formal. The day before the other sales associate said the same thing. I'm glad that I came to the Men's Wearhouse to seek opinions. When I decided to go casual for my high school reunion the sales associate looked at my navy Calvin Klein blazer and showed me a performance shirt and dark blue jeans. He also recommended a black cardigan sweater, which I had envisioned to wear with a tie. He thought the performance shirt would match well with the cardigan sweater. I first wore the performance shirt alone with the blazer for a look. Then I wore the cardigan sweater alone with the blazer for another look. However when I wore both the performance shirt and cardigan sweater with the blazer the attire looked really well together. For the jeans I had it shortened at the Men's Wearhouse. For my high school reunion I would rather pay more from the Men's Wearhouse than pay less somewhere else and end up not liking the shortening of my jeans. During my high school reunion my attire consisted of navy Calvin Kein blazer, Kenneth Cole performance shirt, Kenneth Cole cardigan sweater, and Joseph Abboud navy jean was casual and class. In the past I would go to the Men's Wearhouse to buy formal attire for interviews and weddings, but after my high school reunion I knew I can go there to buy something casual with style.
