When I called H2O Pool Care, I had been struggling with self servicing my pool. My water was turning green and had dark algae growing in it. Roman responded within 15 minutes and came out to take a look that same day. He gave me a quote for the initial service to get my pool into shape and for weekly service. His quote was very reasonable and competitive. It was about the same as what I was spending on chemicals trying to service it myself. I hired H2O Pool Care on the spot. I wish I had taken before and after pictures so you could see the difference! They came out the following day to start getting my pool in shape. They have never missed any weekly services, if I have any questions, Roman is always quick to respond. These guys are amazing. We hired them shortly after we replastered our pool to make sure it stayed maintained. They are prompt and very professional. They are also a full service company. Since hiring them, they have replaced our pool heater, our filters and our bubbler for our spa. All at very reasonable cost and worth every penny. We new that we wanted to replace the heater and bubbler, but weren't aware that H2O could do it for us until they approached us about it. That just shows how attentive they are. Once we decided to do it, we had the new equipment within the week and can now use our spa and pool year round. We have had a few pool companies over the past 20 years but none as good as these guys. They are very responsive to questions & issues. They have never missed a service day (unless we forgot to unlock the gate for them. LOL). My pump repair started out good but then ended bad. Theres close to a month of going back and forth with him but will keep this short. Roman came out finally and replaced one pump that went bad. I did ask about servicing my pool on a regular basis and was told he's "too busy". Soon after he left I realized the other pump that was working good before he left was not working. Back and forthwith him, he was putting me off, but told me he would be back in 10 days and quoted me a price. By now I've heard 3 times that he's "too busy" OR I should "call someone else". That other pump worked good before he replaced the first pump, so my thought was WHY should I wait, but I did!!!! The day he was to come back he sent me a text saying he couldn't make it and I would have to wait AGAIN!!!! WT"". SO, after another "IM TOO BUSY", AND, "maybe you should find someone else". I rarely provide feedback on products or services I purchase. My pool pump went out and I called 8 different pool companies for quotes. After speaking with all the various pool companies it was clear to see that H20 Pool care was the best choice. Roman was professional. He provided an email written estimate within mins of me speaking to him on the phone, he didn't try to up sell me on things i was not interested, he dropped by the day before the install to access the job site, he showed up on time and worked effectively and efficiently and had my new vsp installed in a couple of hrs. Roman and his team are fantastic! When I acquired my house I knew nothing about maintaining a pool. I pay for their top tier package and they manage everything for me. Worth every penny!! Roman communicates, responds to all my questions, even after hours. He showed me the basics of what I should and should not be touching. If something is broken he texts me the pictures, lets me know the cost, and once I approve it he handles it. When a line came off the pump and drained out a bunch of water, Roman came out personally to fix it and didn't charge me extra for that service. I found H2O pool care when I had a friend who was in the business servicing my pool had a stroke and could not continue the service. I contacted Roman and he was right out and accessed the pool and it's dated equipment and made reasonable recommendations to get it in tip top shape. Whenever there was a slight problem he let me know what he wanted to do, the cost, which was very reasonable and fixed it right away. HIs rates are very good and the pool was always fresh and clean. My pool was green and had been filled with algae. It got so bad that I was desperate to fix it. I tried calling many other companies and finally Raymond came from H2O pool care. Even though service wasn't provided in my area, he still guided me through my cleanup. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was good at communicating the problem and solution. All of the problems for my pool were fixed. The price was very reasonable and the experience was the easiest I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend. Their communication was top-notch from the start--they provided a 2-hour service window and actually arrived at the beginning of that window, which is rare these days. Our pool pump failed. Looked up Roman and gave him a call. He responded very quickly. We had a home warranty that covered the pump. He took care of the warranty stuff, installed the pump and got us some information on refunds for the pump we had just gotten. He was great! Also has some additional issues with the pump after installation. Not Roman's fault, it was a failure of the part on the brand new pump. He took care of the return and new part. He has been a great help since we originally called him. He's very knowledgeable and knows his job. He also responds to calls and texts promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!! read more

I messaged H2O and received a text within the hour. I wanted them to come out and check my pool because it was full of algae and dirt.
