Sure, you get a standard readout of the service, but there will also be notes from the team answering your question, recommendations, etc. Sure, I'm new, only 2 months with them, but so far, stellar service.

We met with Collin (the Designer) back in January and told him our ideas. It took about a week and then we met up with him to see what he came up with in terms of design and cost. In February we met with Ryan (the site supervisor) about the construction of the pool. He was also very knowledgeable and explained what would happen throughout the construction process. We weren't moved into our new home yet so the noise wasn't an issue for us but it's loud. Because we had fairly good Spring Weather the construction process went quickly. We were told that weather could delay the process but we didn't really have issues with the weather at that time. We went to our new home regularly to check on the progress of the pool which moved along quickly. Our pool was completed in mid May about a week before our move in date. So when we moved into our new home we had a completed swimming pool. It's great! We have used it multiple times and love that it was ready in time for the Summer.
